Punit Pathak

Dance India Dance has found a lot of gems in the field of choreography, Punit Pathak for Mumbai is one of those gems. Punit wanted to be a cricketer but later he developed his love and passion for dancing. He joined the dancing school of Terrance lewis while going against the will of his father at the age of 17. Punit´s father wanted him to join their family business but he chose to dance. At Terrance lewis academy Punit was on scholarship and he learned many dancing styles there, later he worked as a trainer in the academy. then he left the academy and auditioned for Dance India Dance season 2.

Punit emerged as the second runner-up of the mighty DID.His door to a successful career in Bollywood was opened and he appeared as a choreographer on Jhalak Dikhla Ja 4. In 2011 Punit assisted Remo d Souza in the film F.A.L.T.U. Punit has done films like ABCD 2, Nawabzade, and StreetDancer. In 2015 he was given the honour to judge Dance India Dance Season 5. In 2019, Punit participated in Khatron K Khiladi 9 and emerged as the winner of the show.
