Amrita is just awesome. She is definately going to get far in the show, unless politics are used or weak coreography is given, because it seems that even though a contestant has done well on the excecution, the weak coreography holds them back.
Shakti is also an excellent dancer. She has done contemporary week after week. My knowledge is limited, so I cannot say that she’s only good at contemporary, but it sure does seem like it so far. She has to do something different!!! Others have tried something different out of their comfort zone, some haven’t done such a great job, yet some have. But the fact that a contestant stepped out of their comfort zone should be applauded. Shakti has to try something different or ele she is probably going to get out.
Vandhana: as people have mentioned above, I also agree that people like her due to the way she looks rather than her dance. Many people vote for the most attractive people rather than the most deserving. I am not saying that Vandhana doesn’t deserve the Topi, but voting based on looks happens alot rather than the purpose of the show.
I just feel sad for Melvin, Fareena, Altaf Bhatt for not getting a chance of really showing their talent and it is even sadder that they won’t be able to come back to the show again.
I cannot believe that Amrita said that she wasn’t picked for some shows due to her looks. That is a sad thing to hear. Those people who based her talent on the way she looks must be ashamed of themselves. They probably feel STUPID for doing that.

i k now it flopped very badly. and besides its not ur style of dance… but if nothing else, watch the laila-majnu choreography at the end of the movie.. brilliant.. vaibhavi merchant shot up several notches in my mind as a choreographer after i watched the movie…
dirty dancing 1 and 2 for sum good balldance incl salsa, cha cha cha n a few more elemnts.
save the last dance, although the dance bit is limited… but it fuses ballet and hip-hop, which i found a very interesting concept….
do let me know if u watch these movies n let me k now ur opinion

i have seen dirrty dancing i think it was first part , it had the song i had time of my life int the end. the lift was amazing in the end .
i also suggest u should see a movie of richard gere and jenniffer lopez it was a mive to which we can connect to dont remember the name maybe shall we dance .u will definitely enjoy it as u have a broader appreciating spectrum (god knows what that means) llolz
i learnhed three moves from the movie stomp the yard but dont know whether u’ll lkike it because krumping dance looks like someone is having a seizure or fits lmao
i will definitely watch save thew last dance if they have hip hop in it (i like anything remotely related to it)lolz

and ya the movi u mentioned is indeed ‘shall we dance’… ive been recommended that movie by a few more ppl, so ill def try to watch it soon…
as for krumping, well ill try to watch sum on youtube n see if i like it… i think its so cool that u incorporated sum steps from a movie into ur routine… im really looking forward to seeing ur video yaar… when is ur performance?

If you are considering the ability of contestants who can perform more than one dance forms, then I think DHARMESH should not be selected either because he can only do HIP HOP. Even Geeta mentioned in this episode that he is willing to try anything he does not know. He never says NO.
This is what JACK said that he does not know many dance forms but he is willing to anything.

mithun dada and geeta ma i want to tell a true story
I am Amit and my wife manu, we both love u alot
My wife is 6month pregnant. In 6 month pregnancy mother start feeling movement of baby.
But my wife did not got any feeling we was very worred…
On 12th feb manu first time feel a kick in her stomach when we was watching dharmesh dance. We was very happy and then on whole night we both were waiting for another movment but on 13 feb on again at time of dharmesh performance manu again feeling more kicks and fast movments .
then i simply says to my wife “ D is dancing in TV and side stomach also ”
So for me dharmesh is very importent person.
We both wish u “all the best” we pray u will win “takdir ki topi”

the most deserving contestant to win the competition is Darmesh-pls do vote for him every week.(Geeta kapoor is lucky to have him).

2.Amrita(strong contender in females, but on back front bcz of Low X factor)
3.Binny sharma (Apart from dance ,best expressions, High Xfactor but poor choreography)
4.Sajjan singh(Best is one of the toughestest dance forms Beboying,(big public appeal), so he can do all other dance forms with ease)
5.Jack and Puneet( cannot opt one from both)

Kindi – A dull performance is something that created boredom and i was enjoying Vandana’s performance throughout. If your criteria of better performance is something that others can’t do, then go to a dance school and learn something about dancing or keep reading this forum..There are lot of people who write great things about dancing..
A better dancing should be flawless and not a rocket science..Who is saying Amrita doesn’t rock, if she is in DID, it is obvious that she ROX or she wouldn’t be here but don’t talk rubbish about dancing..

@Kindi..Don’t get carried in the discussions and don’t take them personally..My intent was to share my perspective on the performance..My vote will surely be for Vandana as i enjoy the performance and taking out flaws is not my job..We have Masters and Grand master there who know it better than anyone of us..Infact, that’s what matters..

I don’t think i am anyone great to comment negatively about someone who have atleast made it to DID Top 18 but world knows why she is there and others aren’t..And that is not because she gave audition for Miss india and got selected for DID..She went through the normal process like others have..
I think Critic is a person’s best friend and i thank you for highlighting what is required to be a better dancer or at least to be everyone’s favourite..Hope the participants read these comments so that our time and effort doesn’t go waste

Hello joy..i am sorry too if i hurt your sentiments..my dig was not at vandana..but it was actually against terence sir..i know vandana is a good dancer but i feel the day when vandana got eliminated and yesterday..he could have given more challenging number to her..we know as she has shown us jazz,indian.contemp,freestyle she will be able to..but i think he plays favouritism card with shakti.
You know most of us indian viewers look for dhamakedar performances dunno why??

Till now,i agree that this show was all more about better choreography than dancing..That’s why Kunwar, Binny, Nikitasha and Shakti are popular..But i feel that this concept would change once we have Top 12 contestants..
Absolutely, we all look for WOW moments in a dance but you know what if you see International dancing shows like “So you think you can Dance”, it is class apart..They don’t add any stupid circus, acrobatic act or unnecessary stunts in the dance but still create WOW moments in their dance..
Again i may be dragging on the same old topic, but this is what i liked about Vandana’s performance..More dancing and no unrequired stunts..If it is not required it should not be there..

If you read the comments, you would find atleast it is 5 times mentiond how to vote online. Another thing it is ZEE TV program and if you just think a little bit and open their website you will get all the details about how to vote online. But never mind there are people who do not want to think even and want to get everything served. And yes, giving the same information 10 times does not help.

I want Dharmesh & Meenu Back
I am a bit confused about this. If there are supposed to be 2 boys and 2 girls coming back through wild card, WHY Mithun da didn’t select 1 girl and 1 boy? He selected 2 boys (Parvez n Altaf), which is NOT fair if they are planning to bring 2 girls and 2 boys. He could have selected 1 each. All the other masters selected 1 boy n 1 girl each for public voting.
Something is wrong here. Can someone confirm whether there will be 2 boys n 2 girls OR 1st 4 contestants with highest votes will come back as a Wild Card entry?
I believe there would be 1st 4 contestants with highest votes, otherwise they could have asked Mithun to select 1 girl n 1 boy instead of 2 boys.
