Dance India Dance Season2 Videos 20th February

Another Entertaining episode of Dance India Dance 20th February, Today all 12 Contestant’s performed on stage and voting is now open till Monday. One of the 12 DID Contestants will be eliminated next week. Kruti was awesome today and Dharmesh as always. There was a little bit of bickering between Terence Lewis and Geeta kapoor towards the end. Terence Lewis while commenting on Dharmesh’s performance said that he was weak in Indian Style and Geeta Kapoor could not resist taking the side of her contestant :) Binny Sharma’s performance was also very graceful.     i dont like terence sir anymore for his unexpected comment about dharmesh sir.. Dharmesh was briliant today.. he peformed mind blowing… Remo was very happy, Geeta felt proud of him, He got grand salute from grandmaster mithun da… (WHATS WRONG WITH MASTER TERENCE???) DID HE COMMENT THIS BS BECOZ SHAKTI GOT NEGATIV REMARK FROM GEETA????

        Acually  Every ONe has to be worried of dharmesh BCoz iz gud in almost every thing ..he does a variety of dances which hardly  otherz do This is One POINT he that he deserves to be Winning n HAving People vote for him……
        but u see shakti is reallly Kwl as well She did HIp Hop n she was well appreciated 4 that ..N she does contempory all the tym but dont u thing every tym its diffrent n not the same.. woteva she does she roks at it ..Even her exprssions really r adorable..;)(;

      completely disagree..Dharmesh dance was full on entertainment but not perfect…Remo n Geeta r never satisfied with others complete performance but praise their damn own asses more than they deserve….way tooo much attention given for Dharmesh…n coming to Remo..he is always supporting Dharmesh just bcoz D is a big fan of him…Terence is the only one who does justice for his position..the other two needs to be fair to all the contestants

    Guys;
    Dont you think that REMO committed mistake by not selecting MELVIN.
    I mean Saajan is superb in b-boying and stunts but from DID point of view that isnt enough to survive.
    MELVIN was a versatile and very trained dancer with lots of styles and flexibility and I think for competition sake he could survive more…
     
     
    I m not criticizing saajan but just felt that melvin could have been a better choice and competitor for DID.

      I completely agree with you….He thought that mithun da will select him , you should have observed his face when mithunda selected Altaf and Parvez…..he wasn’t happy with his decesion…
      Initially remo was very over confident about his gang… if you check the lime light he commented on Terrence saying that ” jor pakdne ne kuch nahin hoga…Nachne se hoga….mein nach ke dikatha hoon” ….Khab nachoge bhai …waiting to see ur nach

        please, are you serious!!?? melvin was so not upto the standard at all, he fell on the same level that shruti did, saajan did a way better job at the whole thing. Melvin was more of a drama queen overall with the fainiting after the decision… his audition was alright but his subsequent performance at the wild card entry performance was so substandard….altaf and pervez were waaaaay better in all perspectives…sad that pervez got eliminated but another day another platform… love the attitude of that guy

          I agree FANOFDID…Dharmesh is mediocre…and very arrogant.
          He said” mein accha perform karat ahoon issliye people like me” when Mithun told about the air hostess story. I lost respect for him on that day. How arrogant. he is self praising himself. 
          He doesnot want to tell people to stop calling him sir.
          It is painful to see even the masters calling him sir. zee..why don’t you do something about it.

            I dont know how can you judge talent by personal behaviour. Acc to me he was not arrogant he answered when he was asked by Mithun …”nahi nahi aisa nahi hain mein achha perform karta ja raha huun aur logo ke dilo mein basta ja rah huun.” Whats wrong with that. If people call him Sir thats their perogative who are you to dictate that. And as far as i am concerned as a dancer he’s the best but its not about the dance only …its more about the choreography and how much pain masters have taken to bring out the best. He is indeed talented not coz he does hiphop more so because inspite of poor choreography he outshines. Dharmesh is like Abhay deol of  Bollywood who doesnt have to be in blockbuster n big banner to prove he’s talented. Love you , Dharmesh Sir. And i call you sir because you shared what you have to your own people .:)

            He is very humble person. Eventhough he is not very educated he is very graceful, polite and nice human being.

    Jack was fantastic today. I loved his performance. Others were good too.
    And Geeta ….Terrence has every right to comment and give his opinion. Why did you shamelessly fight with him. We know that your only hope of even thinking about winning this competition is Dharmesh. 
    When you and Remo commented on Jack’s performance which I thought was very good, Terrence sportingly and gracefully reacted.
    Learn to behave maturely.

            Dear all:
            This is the first time I am writing. I follow the comments regularly.
            Shakti is best in contemporary. Remo and Geeta both told her that no one can beat you in this style. She is excellent dancer and she will make it in top no doubt.
            But the question is Terrence comment. He said 100% wrong about Dharmesh Sir. He said your Indian classical part was not perfect. Please watch the video again and see how clean and perfect his steps are. Thats why Geeta reacted like that. It’s so obvious the way Terrence reacted was immature and he is insecure. Geeta also blasts that is also not the right way to respond. But Terrence should not make wrong comments.

            If you talk about perfection – look at Shakti’s performance again. When she is blowing the conch she is waving. If Terrence will make very minute comments then what about Shakti’s performances.
            Dharmesh and Shakti are both great dancers.
            Love and Respect.

          Geetha can perform only bolywood style, & she is making dharmesh to underperform. Why dont she stop feeling  jealous abt Terrance. Dharmesh will be out of DID because of silly bollywood dance style. The Bald dress was not looking good at all. Geetha pl stop teasing Brahmin cast by making wear that Thread(Jeneu) wrong side.

        Dharmesh is NOT NOT NOT versatile.
        He is NOT NOT NOT a performer.(like Parvez or Jack are)  He is good at his own style that’s all. That shouldn’t make him “sir”!
        DHarmesh gave very very weak  both on Friday and Saturday. And his “I can’t speak ENglish” acts are fakoo and logon ko bewakhoof banaana
        DHARMESH will be OUT OF DID2 soon,no doubt about!

      Jack was good not excellent. Terrence is really a good choreographer but this time contestants are limited except Dharmesh Sir. He was neat , clean and thoroughly entertaining. As i observed Jack’s dance again there are many flaws in dance but obviously choreography was excellent. Terrence is creative and puts his heart into it and knows how to highlight but Jack’s bollywood on ek hai anaria was really not good …kindly observe again. While he was doing locking his hand movements were not distinct and lower portion was also moving. It was not crisp. Lip sync was not that perfect but simultaneously i must congratulate terrence for showing us good choreography. Thanks.

        Hi Guys…I dont know why is nobody talking about talented dancers like Kruti and Amrita. I think these two are the most versatile dancers of DID season 2. I also like Dharmesh Sir and Parvez was also a favourite but his exit was unfortunate.
        I think in this season of DID2 all the three judges have become baised about thier own contestants, which is think is a little unfortunate. But overall i think we have a set of grt dancing talents and it has been a pleasure watching all of them perform.

    Kruti was  reallllly good, now it is dance INDIA dance . I dont say that all 12 should do classical style but it is always refreshing to see some contestants doing classical dance I LOVED IT … Dharmesh was as always fantastic, entertaining and mind blowing, i liked binny and amrita too. Geetas Gang is really strong this year so just keep it up …

      DHarmesh was NOT fantastic. He was weak. There is no pleasure watching him dance. He DOES NOT interact with audience AT ALL!!!!!!! There is no connection between him and viewer when he dances.

    Jack was AWSOME and had the BEST performance out of them all. I know everyone loves Darmesh and likes to toot their horn for him, I like him too, got nothing against the guy (would have been over joyed if he was in remo’s team) but, he just did what he usually does, what he’s good at and a little bit of what he’s not so hot at I have seen this combination of his before and if Darmesh is oh so skilled, why doesn’t he get the real tough stuff, instead the girls in Gita’s team are swinging from robes and wires.
    So when Shakti does what she’s good at and some stunts she gets the whole “do something new” talk, BUT Darmesh doesn’t ? How unfair is that!? Shakti is good at hip hop, in fact sh’es freaking amazing she is the strongest female competitor, and we have seen her hip hop stuff before, that’s why mitun called it in his (really corny way ) Hwat.
    Also Gita needs to take a CHILL pill and learn how to take criticism, she acted like a kid! It was sooo disgusting to watch her , and of course Terrence being the gentlemen he is let the topic drop when he saw she was going to act like a child.  I don’t get Remo he’s a sly dog that one, plays his political cards very well and poor Terence is Just honest, which cool, b/c he’s the BEST DID judge anyway. Love you Terence !!!! You are an honest man keep it up! I always come with the expectation that I’m goona be wowed by Terence’s team and they have not yet disappointed me!

      Absolutely right…Jack’s performance is the best out of all today. And yes terrence is the most fair honest judge out of the three. When he gives comments it is so obvious how passionate he is about dance. He sees the performance and then give comments instead of just saying something to put the contestant down. They are tragetting Shakti becoz they know she is the strongest contestant in girls and yes she did hiphop style before and Mithun said ‘Haat’(hot).. Remo and Geeta are very biased towards Dharmesh. When he does the same step and style again and gain they seem to ignore it.

            i totally agree wid u. its true that shakti is a strong contender, dats y everybody is looking to downshow her everytime. Remo is unfair, geeta is biased. Terrence is the only fair guy here.  if shakti does one style everytime, Dharmesh does the same thing. His today’s dance was so repititive, only clothes being different. Except for his own style, if he performs anything he looks like a female :(

          Dude…Terence is far more better than the other two..they r just too selfish n biased..Remo praises his own contestants n never accepts criticism coz unhone choreography utna hi bitaya…cheap…I have always hated him for his arrogance n selfishness…n Geeta is a big drama queen..no coments

        don’t you guys think shakti and vandhana should be in bollywood movies or on television? they all dance way better than a lot of the other actors or actresses that i see on the tube and i even think they’ll do a great job too!

      I totally agree with this person…Terrence hands down is the best and the most qualified judge on the bench…he’s calm, composed and suave and very receptive towards any sort of criticism. I believe the other judges need to learn something from him. Jack was awesome with his performance and so was Kruti, she’s a brilliant dancer. It’s always a delight to watch dancers from Terrance’s team perform, and as the person above rightly mentioned- they never let u down. Dharmesh is a very talented dancer and there is no denying that, he also appears to have a huge fan following and  neither do I have anything against him but somehow I too feel he’s over hyped. Take a good look at all the performances in the last episode with a totally unbiased attitude and his did not really seem very appealing. There were many others who had given far better performances in my opinion. If shakti is yet to show something different so is Dharmesh.

      I totally agree, guys. Remember last season when Geeta asked Remo to make Prince do something new? and Remo responded, “I believe that contestants shoud do what suits them best,” ? And Contemporary suits Shakti best, so it’s not fair that she is being asked to de something new while Dharmesh got eliminated for trying something new?

      I agree. Dharmesh was very very average today and most of his moves we already saw over and over again.  Most of the other contestants were better than him today. Geeta thinks if he dresses in a different way and does the same steps nobody will notice.  And yes his indian style dance steps were weak. The stupid FAT Geeta is useless.

      Hi Saqi…I think you have not followed DID 2 from Auditions. If you would have than, you should definitely know why Dharmesh is called Dharmesh Sir. Please do watch auditions if u have not…u can find the videos on this website itself. Also u have said that Dharmesh is good, and that is the only reason he is getting all the publicity, which I think he totally deserves. I agree that Geeta is STUPENDO FANTABULOUSLY fatty and unfair judge. I respect Terrance’s comments most of the times, but today he delibratly (ignore my wrong spelling here) commented bad about Dharmesh, which was totally wrong, which I think everyone can see. Terrance just did it because Geeta did the same with his contestent. It is too bad for the show if 2 judges does this on show and it puts bad impression on contestants mind.
      You all might think that I said this because I am fan of Dharmesh. Of course I am, but it is only because he dances really good and also good at heart (my personal view). I also think there are other contestants who are good as well.. I would and I am sure u all would love to see good dances between good performers. thats what a compitation should be about.
      Also with voting, I am sure this ZEE people would eliminate who they want and not who was less voted. Saajan is defenately not deserving as Parvez or Vandana. ZEE just eliminated them,so that they could balance the teams. other wise Remo would have very small team.

        What he did in auditions is none of viewer’s business. As REMO had said earlier, what he performs on the given day is all that matters. He did give mediocore performances both on Friday and Saturday. He is NOT versatile.
        WHat the BULLS..T about “sir”. He should have been humble enough and said “plz dont call me sir as I am at the same level as other contestants as far as competion is concerned.

        How is he good at heart!? JUst because he fakes that he doesn’t speak english ? Or even if it is for real, that act is not at funny.
        Everytime he does that, I feel like throwing up. I am like” dude make up yur performance with brilliance not these stupid acts”

    Lets take this more accurate:
    1. terrance ki toli: Jack may go further,Shakti is not ready to try variety so she may be eliminated sooner or later.,Amar is unpredictable
    2.Remo ke rangeele: Except nikitaasha all others are forgettable
    3.Geeta ki gang : Dharmesh is the strongest contender for final round
    provided geeta maa shall not do more experiments., Binny is the Dark Horse( of course shes very fair charming and cutest of all girls) but she is not given the proper type of dance. Geeta plz do something for binny.
    Amrita does more yelling than dancing i dont think she will get more votes from public. Kishore is very weak in terms of modern dance styles.

    I welcome comments of all the viewers of DID                        … byeee tc.

      1 – Shakti was pretty clear asking Geeta to ask Terrence to teach her something new… so not really Shakti’s fault..but it’s more like Terrence doens’t want to take ney risks….not sure if it is Terence’s confidence that she cannot do anything else or Shakti’s inability to do anything else
      2 .Everyone has to talk about Dharmesh..you either like him or hate him but cannot ignore him(his name popping in almost all comments says it all)… But there is no doubt is a far better dancer than anyone else and is a gr8 entertainer.
      From rest of the “mentionable” dancers.. it would (according to me) would be(not necessarily in that order) Amrita..Jack..Binny..Kruti

    I was not impressed with the performance given by the dancers at all, other than Jack, Dharmesh and Kruti, most of the others were doing either circus  hanging with the rope/clothes etc. etc. or jumping around.

    DO YOU KNOW thats Shakti is Terrance’s student also, she learns dance at Terrance’s dance academy, no wonder Terrance never brought her out on “kasauti” like others have done.  This is so unfair….

    Who says that Dharmesh does not give good expressions.. he is the best dancers among all the 12 contenstants. His moves are sharp, crisp, flawless and he gives smooth performance always… Dharmesh  YOU ROCK !!!!

    Well lets stop talking about three masters as i think everyone has the right to object and defend their team players as they are putting some effort. We are now the decision makers so lets go with that…. If we are talking about who is bad in masters then what about the Grand Master does he knows any of the dance forms? to make a decision…
    Talking about Dharmesh he is the winner of “Boogie Woogie” Mahayudh competition and all Gujrat Dance Competition… So i personally feel that there is some stuff in this guy… Yes i agree that he is not done any other dance format but his locking and popping is simply crazy…. Talking about Shakti i am bored of watching her as she does the samething over and over again… Dharmesh did a Fork dance and he was out then he did Trio then he did Duet…. so he is at least putting an effort to do something new… Shakti just Contemporary and once Hip Hop…. So us something else….
    Talking about Drama in DID 2 about love affair… Every reality show has that so enjoy the drama and have fun man……

    Dharmesh is the best among boyzz now…that  jacky wierdo has his own wierd style of dancing that only he can understand..what does he do with his body..very difficult to make out..and he tries to be too sweet which he is not IMO..
    Among the girls Amrita is a kadi takkar to all girlzz..shakti doing splits and only splits right from the auditions..some times straight and some times up side down..
    Geeta’s team is stronger any day in terms of dancing and in terms of popularity too..
    Amrita and Dharmesh rokzz..

      i agree with you something does smell fishy , Mitun did his best to try and keep them in. They were really good all round dancers compared to some other guys. Oh well, what can ya do thats tv for you hopefully they will make it BIG! Heck Altaf can go into bollywood he’s cute!

    KRUTI !!!!!!!!!!!!
    my god u are awesome!!!!!
    yesterdays act was beyond excellent… it was divine!!!!!
    guys the original act of ‘drauadi vastraharan’ is abt 15 mins  long…. the dice game between duryodhan and yudishtir goes on for abt 7-8 mins where yudisthir bets everything one by one n finally bets on draupadi…

    then theres a sequence where draupadi comes in, finds out what has happened, is distraught n begs yudishthir to undo the bet, but its too late…
    then she pleads duryoshan to protect her modesty, but he reminds her of the house of mirrors incident, where she had mocked him for being the son of a blind man… (this bit is not there in sum versions)

    then finally the vastraharan takes place… draupadi’s despair is highlighted more before she prays to shri krishna who intervenes and her modesty is restored…

    such a long piece has been compressed into 3 mins, that itself is a work of art! and such fast change of expression from kruti was unbelievable! hats off to u girl!
    and hats off to guru indumati and guru vasantha (i hope i got the names right) who did such a fabulous job of choreographingthe piece….

    undoubtedly THE performance of the day!!!

    sweetheart ive done my  MBBS from a govt medical college in delhi,india. i cleared the medical entrance exam in first attempt in 2004. i have just completed my internship from the same institution and im presently preparing for my PG entrance exams (and simultaneously learning ballet :) )
    i plan to do my MD from delhi (if i get in) and work and settle in india only.

    somehow i get the feeling u’re abroad so im sorry i dont have much of and idea of medical studies there, but if u’re in india here’s the answer to ur other questions –
    1) YES ITS VERY TOUGH! lol… this is not to discourage u but to prepare u for the future. dont think that the struggle ends after getting into medical college. college itself is much tougher than the typical college life.. (8 hrs of college plus 2-3 hrs self study per day) yes u can still catch movies and indulge in hobbies, but obviously its not a simple life… ill let u know more specifics later..

    2)u have to be a strong person. in my internship last year, i saw 3-4 deaths everyday, apart from dealing with accident victims, gunshot victims, sick babies, angry relatives, blood, gore etc etc on a daily basis.

    3) u really need to WANT it…. PLS do not make the mistake of getting into this field unless u REALLY want to be a doctor. the field will give u a hndred reasons per day to leave n u have only ur inner desire to keep going…

    now for the not-so-bad stuff…
    yes u get to have a life even in this field. i ve been actively involved in extra-curriculars throughout my college life.
    im a prize-winning debater, participated in  the college choreography team for 3 yrs (out of which i was coordinator for 1 yr), particpated in dramatics for 2 yrs. i watch a movie every 7-10 days in the hall. i have a great gang of friends and a great boyfriend ( its been alomst 4 yrs :) )

    so u see its not that bad either but know what ure getting into…

    ok, all those ppl who are balming geeta.. she is seriously working very hard and she has definitely improved her acts a lot. amrita was crisp and good. dharmesh is good and also so was binny. n evn kishore was very good

    they are trying new things… terence isnt going out of his comfort zone, esp where shakti and kunwar is concerened. shakti is terence student. and he has ofcourse trained her painstakingly , who knows maybe for this only.i like shakti, but i prefer kruti more.

    rest, remo,  i dont know whats up.. this time his team is weak. n per formances arent upto mark.

    People who are criticising Dharmesh are probably the same “experts” who criticised Prince last year and voted for the painfully average Salman and made him win the competition. They hate Dharmesh just for the sake of hating him, no other reason for it. Dharmesh is supercool and smooth…even if he doesn’t win due to some politics or these “special” people voting for some other idiot….he will still be the main man. However I must say that Geeta is ultra-annoying and Dharmesh should have been with either Terence or Remo!!!

          Watch the Black Theme – Acrobatia again. He was capable of holding two people weight when they all fall hanging from the square. Dharmesh was the one holding Kishore and Binny.
          Dharmesh can do stunts. Also he has done Salsa, Thayyam, semiclassical form plus Bollywood freestyle and HipHop.
          Thayyam is a dance form which requires yrs of practice and he tried very well within just 5 days with 50 Kgs. He is Stunt man.
          Stunt man does not mean you have to up in the air.

          Dharmesh is a pure dancer.

    First of all, congrats to the DID program director.
    It has picked up well from last 3 episodes..more of dancing and less of drama!
    now about the contestants:
    I am a fan of Dharmesh, but yesterday his performance sucked! same stuff again..and I was shocked nobody commented abt he doing the same thing again and again.. the worst part is not just dance form even the steps are repetitive! his strength seems to be his weak point now?blame it on geeta or dharmesh–but it was very disappointing!!
     
    Kruti/ Jack were very good. Kruti deserved Spl recognition !
    Amrita was good.
    Shakti/ Kunwar/Punit were good..but high time to try diff things..
    Tashu, Shashank and Kishore were ok, too.
    Saajan was ok-needs improvement.
    Binny did a very average performance.
    To me: Weakest performance came from Dharmesh.
    I can only pray and request Geeta does different things with him..now that she has Mini with her… Mini is a wonderful choreographer!

    Dharmesh is perfect entertainer. As Mithunda always say “Dance ke jariya Khusiya bantna” it perfect when you see the performance of Dharmesh. Its full of entertaining and you completely forget yourself when see him dancing. Y’day he was superb, I don’t understand Terence’s comment atall “May be because I am not a dance expert”. But as a normal audience I like to be entertained & y’day Dharmesh’s performance was best..

    Everybody talking about Dharmesh & his Class. but u guys don’t remember one thing which is spoke by Dharmesh, when he selected for Top 12 contestant list, what he reply abt Altaf. he said that Altaf have much power, good strengh to do all kind of stunts he (dharmesh) can learn few stunt form from Altaf.   and don’t know WHY & WHO Elimanate hiM. even parvez do better than this many other contestant.     Dharmesh is superbly entertaing in his own form and so even he attempts ay other form, it is for sure that he will leave some trace of his style…and he is not monotonous, we know he is capable of adapting to any style…remember mega audition masters’ rounds ? …he was flawless in all rounds..
    & why people are making so much fuss about him….coz  he shows eveytime that he is the best….&&&&  do you expect even Parbhu Deva to do anything other than what he does……?? of course it is a dance competition and sure Dharmesh will prove his mettle in other styles too..

      i litte bit dis agree with u guys, because Parvez was much more better Entertainment than Dharmesh. Dharmesh Grace Goo when he iz full form in his Hip Hop Skill, i thiNk his Audition performer was awesome one. i litte disspointed here, as i felt that Remo & Geeta both playing with Dharmesh. i saw Dharmesh many performances in this Stage, but i feel not well with his performances, i except more Grace Dance skill with him, this time Jack & Amrita Perform Awesome, He (Dharmesh must try Good & Good in Future, my best wishes to him.

    I feel that among the judges terence is the most qualified. Of course he supports his team so does the other masters. Even geeta and remo does the same. Dharmesh the big talking point. He is an amazing dancer. But now he should try something different and make it look good. If you say the performance with amrita or the thaiyyam dance he did was different then am fighting for a lost cause here. Yes but shakti and kunwar should start experimenting. Remo and his team sucks real bad. Jack is simply awesome. His moves are crisp and nice. He did the waltz well too. I hope terence gives him something different next time. The best of course was krutis performance. It was very very good. Others were decent. The one that did not live up to the mark was shashank.  And about geeta, you should see the way she told dharmesh – “hume koi tension to hain nai”…she is stupid and senseless. If they could remove her from the show that would do a world of good. Waiting for next week. Cheers!

    For me best performance was by KRUTI was simply awesome. And bout geeta she’s good i know shes not using Dharmesh’s full potential but you have to understand DID has just begin real competition still to come after chhote mote dancer will get out then will be the time to show skill yaar ultimate weapon agar phale hi use kar loge to aage kya karoge. ABHI all are dying to see Dharmesh doin lockin poppin hiphop AGAR PICTURE ABHI DEKHLI TO BAAD MEIN KYA DEKHOGE its very tough to handle and use Dharmesh i personally think till geeta is handling Dharmesh nice. HE is LAMBI RACE KA GHODA  agar sare patte abhi show kar diye to baad mein kya dikhayega thats what i think.  SHAKTI is a good dancer i know but i dont like her now doing all that same stuff and more over i think she concentrating more on giving EXPRESSION JAISE SHE HAS COME FOR SCREENING TEST i know most will not agree with me but it was just my personal point of view.

    Now we see the real DHarmesh. He is absolutely MONOTONOUS!!!!!! And he doesn’t give the pleasure of watching like Parvez does. PARVEZ WAS THE BEST CONTENDER!!

    DHarmesh failed both on friday and saturday giving mediocore performance. >WHat the F….why call him “SIR” ..it gets onto my nerves everytime I hear it. He isn’t as humble as Parvez..he could just say..”please don’t call me sir as I am as good as any other contestant as far as DID competition is concerned”

      get over it dude… Parvez is history… and if D’s performance is mediocre then every one else was far far far below him anyways – plz watch whole damn thing again there is not fun.no entertainment..yeah i wud say a whole lotta circus though ;-)
      and calling him monotonous..luk wat terance’s team is doing in specific shakti and kunwar..both of them don’t even qualify to be in top 18 let alone top12  i.e with the circus they have been doing day in and day out.  Vandana and Bhavana wud’ve been far more better.
      terance comments out of jealousy on D (as he is real winner – of both the mentors, grand master and most importantly people)
      Dharmesh, Amrita, Jack and Kruti did very well and all others are bakwas..

        ohh yeah…D’s is the only one to come back (from top 18) afer elimination.  And this happens only with people voting. He deserves everything , not for dancing alone but accepting to do anything Geeta tells him to do. He has taken more risks than anyone else in atleast attempting.
        And if Parvez was the best…Terance was a better judge of that than u and me ;-) … he did not even bring him on kasauti in wild card….did he? It was Mithun daa. Parvez cudn’t even connect with Terance. Terrance is only behind and wants Shakti..he luks so damn stupid when he stands up only for his team’s performances and not for other’s.
        And if u go back and luk ..on the day of D’s elimination he did something different (without any mistakes) and kunwar did couple of mistakes and is still there. Also on the day before, kunvar f***ed up the lifts with Kruti and lost balance…etc..etc..etc Had kunwar been eliminated that day..there was no chance for him coming back.
        D ROCKS !!!!

ALso, what do you mean he is accepting the Geeta’s choreography..when he signed up for competition did he think he was gonna choreograph and not his mentor.           He came back to thru wildcard because of the hype and innocent people like you get carried away by that.
          Not all dance teachers can become performers. AGreed, he dances good in his style but he fails utterly in toher styles and NO WAY he can win over audiences. The viewers are not fools to be entertained by Drama, they are here for Dance Performance.

          Dharmesh is a robot who moves his hands and legs for a beat. Nothing refreshing about him week after week. Gets boring to watch his Blank face.

          My point is purely this: In the present DID2 candidates-

           Dharmesh is not best. He is AVERAGE.

            FANOFDID…I agree with you… Dharmesh is mediocre. He is hyped by zeetv..and I feel he is arrogant. Remo and Geeta are supporting him becoz they know with their average choreographies they cannot beat terrence. They want to cash in on the hype he is geeting and beat terrence. Thats it. Shakti tried Hiphop and really was excellent in it. Dharmesh tried other styles and flopped.
            Even girls in Geeta team are doing risky stunts and taking chances but Dharmesh is doing the same thing.

            its not worthwhile for that Dharmesh- he is stupid, how can a teacher- guru be like this.  Teaching is an art and performing is another one. Dharmesh has got just the first one.  he is very poor as a performer.  if tomorow u hide his face (like Alisha did in preliminary) and make him dance, all his fans will be the first to criticise his dancing skills.  just coz they love him, they act blind on his performance.
            Please Dharmesh, stop acting like an idiot- a teacher even if not much educated should be cultivated.  Education, a degree dont make an intelligent person, bt thru ur talks n act, u should show that u r intelligent.
            Else its a pity calling u a Sir.
            In England, Sir is a title given to aristocracy class of ppl n not to beggars- Dharmesh dont deserve tht Sir with his name, its an insult to us common ppl.

    Very Dissapointed Episode last night. i don’t impress at all.
    Same choreography set by Masterz.
    Only Geeta try Hard it seems like that in the Show. what Altaf & Parvez did in their Elimanation Episode, that was Geeta Choreography, well she try well as i feel. she must try other dance form on Dharmesh, we also have to see Dharmesh Stunt too+dance, what iz kishor doing lol? jumping jumping errrrrr… Binny doing good but when she put that crop on her head so her performances going down if she didn’t loose her face expression so that was a Good performance. i am impress Amrita Aerial Contamporary she have Good Strengh too Nice work Black Beauty ;) .
    Now Terrence again little dissapointe us. he always try Same shelly form to his Contestant, & that’s really Sad. after shakti perormance Remo & Geeta both Complain. try to do something else. Only JAck performanc was WOW performances, please Jack if u read this comment so kindly loose your weight as much u can ;) . bcoz u good in dance try 2 loose ur weight too & Being Smart like JiN baba ;) .
    Remo Sir cotestant performances all Average. not very much impress.
    also i felt that this Episode Masterz leg pulling each other lol. terrence & Geeta Nice Fighting k33p it up :D

          That is a VERY chauvinistic remark there JIN BABA!! This is a dance competition, not a strip show. I agree with Smiling Rickey.. Tashu has been disappointing as the show went on. I am surprised she is still in when she should have been in the bottom 3 that day getting eliminated, instead of Meenu. I like Tashu in her classical form though, but otherwise, she has not really impressed me much.

    I really do not understand why, so many of you guys think that Shakti is going to win. She is NOT versatile. She has been doing contemporary over and over again. I seriousely want  to see something differernt from her. It probably isn’t her fault that she was only doing contemporary, but rather Terrence’s fault. Still the winner has to be a versatile dancer and she isn’t from what I have seen so far. If she does atleast 3 other different dance styles that is good enough for me. But she HAS to do something sooner or later.

    Hi guys, I am a latecomer on this forum. Will quickly intro myself with my views, so u know where i stand :)
    My fav dancer – used to be Shakti, but now like others I feel its time she tried other forms as well (dont mistake, i still love her performances!)
    My least fav – Amrita! – I agree shes good, but I hate the way she goes ya ya ya or whatever that is she keeps saying, and I hate the way shes been trying to prove herself superior to Binny ever since she has come on.
    My other favs are Kruti – in fact I think she is the most deserving candidate because she is the only one who are proved her versatility and talent through fantastic performances in every dance form. Also, she never resorts to stunts, which IMO, is great because stunts are shifting the focus away from dance. I love Punit and Kunwar as well, but yes, Kunwar, like Shakti needs to convince his toli leader he can do other stuff.
    Coming to the most hotly debated person – the big D! – well, I used to love him earlier and still do, but he needs better facial expressions and more dance forms. I feel (and this is just my opinion) that Geeta is jealous of him, esp because his loyalties lie with Remo and therefore keeps giving him sub standard choreography..
    and this brings us to the final and even more debated issue of the judges
    a) Terrance – the best in choreography and knowledge – but biased towards his favs (gives best effort to Shakti only)
    b) Geeta – extremely biased, drama queen and if we are seeing better choreography from these these days, I realized that Mini is behind it (saw her on DPL? Some of her stuff there was mind blowing) – in short, needs to get out asap
    c) Remo – i used to like him and his choreography earlier, but this season he has been disappointing – I was most disappointed abt his attitude to Meenu – he saved Tashu and Bhavna at Meenu’s cost, which was very wrong. I think Meenu would have definitively made it to the 12. She was excellent – but Remo, God Knows Why, didnt want her.
    So guys, this is what I feel about DID and yes, I am a big big fan!

    I think the Season 2 of DID have created a negative framework..
    Criticism everywhere from Judges and audience, and who take all the blame are poor contestants..The tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the masters or audience but the silence over that by the participants..Hats off to Meenu and Shakti who broke the silence and expressed their desire to change in what was choreographed for them by the masters..

    Everytime, judges say that they set this dance on the contestant because of XYZ reason and i see many people always keep criticizing contestants. I think we should change the focus from participants to masters as the participants are not allowed to choose the choreography or the form..

    In my opinion, this show is a demonstration of bizarre behavior by masters and that needs attention..Wake up Masters, you are keeping success ahead of moral.

    Hi There.Just wanted to Correct Our Grear Dance Masters who are not having any respect to INDIA culture and Religious dance.
    Kishore performed on the song Aaya Hai Raja in Huli Kali Dance Style-For whcih REmo said for Money they dance.Seems REmo has to go to net and rea article on the dance form and what meaning it has.Seems like our dance masters are having knowldge only in thier style and not all style.Check  Terrance good in his contemporary style.Always talking pointing TOES or FINGERs.
    I dont find new moves invented.Feel like they are coping WESTERn Dance form of IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE prorgram.
    DID MUST concentrate on bringing out indian Tradition.
    From J*K to Tamil Nadu from RJ to Easter States we have varity and lots of dance forms which will make all masters to Sweat and I think what they are presenting on Stage is what we see on day to day basis.

    Come on guys ……..wake up and start giving different moves.
    I feel MASTERS of teh program must get into their acts of understadnign the diff forms of dance in INDIA then going out of INDIA.

    We are todays youth.. we ahve preserve the art forms…

    Masters your your BRAIN in inventing and bring the culture of INDIA instead showing your JEALOUS face in front of CAMERA.
    YOu are behaving like RAKHI….

    WAKE UP MASTERS.

    My opinion as INDIAN to bring out that culture.Look at marathi dance, mizo dance, naga dance, gujju dance..Let masters start proving themselves as masters first.

      besides this stage has a unique ability to promote indian dances ,  i think it cud utilise this forum responsibly…. our traditional dances are at a crossroads , and if our generation doesnt care for it , thry’ll slowly die out… remo n geeta have made sum attempts but LOTS more required…

      we r in Australia guys n we just luv to see Dharmesh dancing…he is just too cool… just watched last episode tonight in which dharmesh did that panditji wala dance…..it was supurb. Even d performance from Kishore d tiger was very well done n performed….almost all performances were great except Shakti…. but we are bit disappointed with this mentor guy Terrance cos he is so negative for other contestants who are not in his TOLI-team….he is so bloody parcial we would say…. after every performance from his TOLI, he would stand up n just praise n praise n just keep on going for his own team but when it comes to other contentants he would just keep on talking negative things…… what he wants to prove?? that he is the best n Geeta n Remo are not??? budy Terrance you should be fair…… cos ppl r watchin too!!!!!!!….m sure you wont like such comments but it just a fact v r seeing as viwer…..     I would ask all of you to go back and watch the part where geeta tells dharmesh – “hume toh koi tension hain hi nai”. She very well knows whatever she makes him do people will still vote for him. The whole show is fixed and its very obvious. The worst choreographer got all the best contestants. And saajan in for parvez what a joke. I hope you guys saw him perform. It was simply pathetic. Remo is lost and so is his team. They suck. There is something called as composure. Geeta is screwed up in the head. She cannot match terence with her choreography and hence voices out her opinions like this. I hope people could vote her out. That would be fab.

        Sorry I disagree.Even with whaterever choregraphy done by geetha, its Dharmehs who is performing. He uses his own choreography.
        And as REMO says that he does the dance very well, that he won’t loose a single beat.
         
        DHARMESH will never leave this show. We viewer’s won’t let him go. Beco’z he is the only one who does dance.
        Rest TERENCE team is only good in hanging on walls, wires, tyres, rings, curtains lol etc etc.
        So please when u are comparing someone with DHarmesh let him be the perfect one. And fair enough to be compared. (lol Atleast not the ring/wires hanging contestants).
        Dude;
        This is “DANCE INDIA DANCE”
        and not “STUNT INDIA STUNT” – lol
        So Dharmesh is the winner.

            well A a i do knw abt dance n stnts r difficult but dats not difficult dance …..stunts r added to make dance difficult …here dance is being added a lil to make stunts look good …thr is a very thin boundary line n i m sure u dunno nethng abt dance or say catching beats …..

            see.. stunts are used as a PART of the dance.. the whole dance is not stunts.. have you seen punit’s performance or places where remo and terence use stunts.. first they put a  large chunk of dancing and then they put stunts to make it interesting.. also stunts are also part of dance.. you can see that in international performances as well.. it doesnt mean that those guys suck at dancing.
            yes, dharmesh catches beats but that doesnt make him the best dancer we have out there.. honestly he’s good but im sure you would have seen better hip-hop .. i think jack is probably the best out there

      ya ur right …this time  DID is only about politics…Remo choose sajan over Melvin…i dont know if Remo saw the performances of Sajan and Melvin..or he is sleeping at that time..there is no point of selecting Sajan because there are more talented dancers there like Parvej and Melvin…Parvej is versatile..he did all the styles superbly before he was eliminated by Mithun Da…i think this time Mithun Da also taking some stupid decisions..how it is possible that dancers like Kishore and sajan are still there and those who really deserve to be in Top12 are sitting outside…

      YOU WOULD ALSO HATE TERENCE BUT HE MAKES HIS POINT AND SAYS IT IN A NICE WAY SO PEOPLE LIKE HIM, WHILST GEETA STATES HER POINT EVEN THOUGH SHE CAN BE RUDE, but cummon thats the whole point of being a judge. if you dont like sum1z dance just get to the point and say it..rightt?? and thats wht geeta does!!(it’s called being honest) and terence is desperate aboutt wining. geeta knows that she has a good chance of winning and remo is just chilled out because he doesnt care!! he just wants dharmesh to win!!

    we r in Australia guys n we just luv to see Dharmesh dancing…he is just too cool… just watched last episode tonight in which dharmesh did that panditji wala dance…..it was supurb. Even d performance from Kishore d tiger was very well done n performed….almost all performances were great except Shakti…. but we are bit disappointed with this mentor guy Terrance cos he is so negative for other contestants who are not in his TOLI-team….he is so bloody parcial we would say…. after every performance from his TOLI, he would stand up n just praise n praise n just keep on going for his own team but when it comes to other contentants he would just keep on talking negative things…… what he wants to prove?? that he is the best n Geeta n Remo are not??? budy Terrance you should be fair…… cos ppl r watchin too!!!!!!!….m sure you wont like such comments but it just a fact v r seeing as viwer….. Technically you are good Terrance but in that case you should critisize your own TOLI members too….

    actually terrence mamu lil bit afraid of G33ta moto contestant, that’s why he point out teachnically he iz Smart, but some time his jugdment not good. now it’s tuff compitition going on, so anything will count & point out by Masterz, contestant must have to do Hard Work as much they can, but as i feel contestant not doing perfect performance, right now G33ta ki Gang On Fire, it doesn’t mean i am with G33ta Hahha. not at all ;) , it’s all just because of her tuff contestant. POOR Moto :D . and i felt that this time G33ta ki Gang Chances to Get this Taqd33r ki Topi. terrence have just Jack & Shakti, (If they can do other dance form much better so they also a tuffiest one) , Remo Hard Luck this Time, punit doing miztake & Saajan / Tashu & Shashank done Avrage performances.             Just give a break to shakti n let her perform something new other than showing aerobics…….

            Only kruti has been able to show some versatality amongst ur contestants (other than Parvez who is out)…….. kruti is doing good  not bcoz of u but she is a trained dancer & wen she performed a classical number I dont think there was ne contribution from ur side……..Hats off to her…..

            All others (Kunwar, Shakti, Jack-since day of auditioning) r doing just repeatitive acts……….

            So please add something new………

            But DHARMESH Sir amongst all is the best dancer …..

    episode was good ..but top 8 participants got 2 weeks for preparing i guess…jack was good but robotic part was ok…n i still believe dance is gng more towards stunts …its not abt the form or stunts ..i think ppl should dance in whatever form they r dancing ..in a 3 minute performance u waste 2 minutes by hanging in the air …dats difficult but not dance ..i like dharmesh cus he dances and so did parvej..so does jack …kunwar is most over rated dancer ..i dunno hw u guys watch it ..but hanging in the air or catching beats ..i would neday go for a beat catching dance ..if u carefully see dharmesh’s performance… thr is one portion where he throws cluther in the air at a t”ting” and then a “ting” in air and third “ting” wen it touched his hand ..it was beautiful ….n terrence generally points out things like dat but he dint dunno why …abt expression …in the beginning whne he jumps like a kid  for 2 secs …it was 2 good …locking section was good 2 …i wrote this just cos ppl r commenting a lot against his performance just cus he was on the ground ..the point is not that u r 2 good at contemporary ..but some of the contestants have been eliminated because they tried somthng new…so terrence is being safe on shakti’s side…doesnt  matter how much u ppl hate geeta ..but she is better this time ..may be cus she has mini in her group if u guys remember DPL …n on the basis of performances …i guess its time for kunwar amarjeet or kishore

    It seems u r great fan of terence, but its totally wrong that you are commenting in this manner about others. What exactly your problem with dharmesh. Do you know how much votes her got in public voting… that clearly shows how people love his performance. His performance yeaterday was also very good. he has his own style a signature. i dont think anyone else has that. Kishor also did a very good act yesterday. Kruti was fantastic. People are not fool that if terence say that someone peorformce is bad, they will agree. As far as Dharmesh goes, its not him who is tring to get attention but the show organisers who are doing so. And they are doing this because he is the only contestant who has a individuality, a crisma.

      FANOFDID –> You have some serious hatred in you buddy. Granted, we are all entitled to our opinions, but you seem more like you want others to follow what you say, otherwise everyone else is wrong and only you are right. Either way, Dharmesh is an AMAZING dancer, otherwise why would all the masters and Mithunda praise him so much. If he wasn’t simply a superb dancer, so many people would not love him. He doesn’t do anything to get people to love him. He is a pretty humble guy that just loves to dance and it shows on stage. Anyway, I am just giving MY OPINION.
      BTW, Geeta has the strongest dancers this season. Yes, she is lucky to have such great dancers, but she has also taken lots of chances this season, whereas last season she was purely DULL. How about you enjoy everyones performance for once without being bias to your favorites?

    I dunno about you guys, but I think everyone of those dancers there earned their place in a way. Yes Dharmesh sir is a great dancer but he is not the only one. You have dancers life Parvez and Altaf who were taken out because they did not get enough attention (that’s what I heard people say). There are dancers life Shakti and Tashu who worked really hard to earn their place. If you want to see who the greatest dancer is, keep watching the show for it’s only about to get better! I admire all the contestants there for I think I can sympathize with the amount of hard work that is put into a performance. If not for the result, they at least deserve praise for the attempt. I’m sorry if I offended any of you but this is what I think.

      Shakti did not work hard to earn her place. She is Terrence’s student and because of that, she gets all the best dances coming out of Terrence (Hey, I don’t mind because I like Shakti), but as well all know, she is a very very trained dancer. Tashu is also a very trained dancer, but I do think she works hard because she has done quite a few dance forms on this show already, out of her training.
       
      I am quite sad that Parvez and Altaf are not in it anymore. They are REALLY GOOD!!!! But what can you do now? Nothing. Let’s just enjoy what there is and see where it goes!

        I know! I absolutely adore some of Tashu’s works, especially her solo with classical! and about Shakti, I meant what she had deal with, being a 3rd (I think) daughter and facing difficulties. I do wish to see her doing something new and fun but I also think that she should do what she can to become a better dancer. I really miss Parvez though, his performances were always a bundle of fun, especially the Amitabh Act!

    second – based on your argument it seems u have a problem with zee tv’s strategy and not really D’s dancing…
    The point I wud like to make is — y didn’t Zee select any other contestant to up their trp’s? any guess ;-) ..
    and if they wud have select other contestant then most likely u wud been talking about how gud D is and that other person shudn’t be hyped about :-) ….
    well for people like us D rocks….. yes he is not GOD…but in DID2 he is the BEST :-)

      Yes i dont really have much problem with your D..or his Dance…I have more problem with the show to create a wrong impression…To be honest I dont really have problem with any single contestant buddy…coz they r all superb…Its just that its a competition n It would be very nice for the best to win and not our favourites…n even if it was any other contestant..I would have said the same thing..coz if that contestant doesnt deserve so much of hype then why the heck dude..:D

    Amrita she’s also stronge contestant, even if u pal remember she beat dharmesh in couple dance. “Tery Hath Me” . but as hbdasari said Zee Fix the Game, and it’s probably Dharmesh Got Win, bcoz in India people never seen this kind of clean dance by some one Indian paL, but if you people watching English movies .. believe me You Forget Dharmesh Dance ;)

    I finally saw this episode, and i must say, it wasn’t as good as i expected. In this episode, only Jack, Kruti, Dharmesh & Kishore got the “kya baat’s” from MithunDa and only 3 of them out of 12 got a grand salute. Considering this is a Bethereen Bhara episode, I guess I expected it to be more spectacular.
    Anyway, out of all the performances, my favs were in the following order:
    1)Kruti –> LOVED THE PERFORMANCE!! She truly represented India with this dance. I know Nikitasha performed on Classical in the earlier episodes too, which was a proud moment, however, I didn’t connect with Tashu’s Classical performance at all. Kruti REALLY gave a true meaning to the classical dance form!
    2) Amrita –> I was actually surprised she didn’t get a “kya baat” or a grand salute. I guess Mithunda giving her a “chamkeshwari” performance is a good thing too. Amrita was AMAZING! The ariel act she did is really tough and even in America, many don’t do it for that reason. She was so graceful and did it seamlessly! Her techniques were bang on, as well as her expressions. I am looking forward to see what else she has to offer.
    3) Kishore –> Honestly, I am not a very big fan of Kishore because he is one of those on the show that doesn’t talk much and stays quiet, so he never connects much with the audience. However, he proved me wrong with this performance. I appreciate such art forms and I think it is SO important to bring them on stage to show everyone something new. He performed it SOOO well! I really enjoyed it A LOT!
    4) Dharmesh –> He is my FAVORITE on DID, yet I give him the #4 spot. Why? Well Dharmesh was mindblowing AS USUAL and his performance was thoroughly entertaining as well as just perfect in terms of the moves, beats, expressions, connection, everything. However, in comparison to the above 3, he falls just a tiny bit short, hence Dharmesh’s performance was my 4th fav!! LOVE DHARMESH!!!!!!
    5) Jack –> This kid is a surprise package! I never thought he had it in him to be on the DID stage and create fire. More and more he is on the stage, the better he gets. He rocked this performance! I enjoyed it and I can’t wait to see what else he’ll bring to this stage.
    6) Punit –> The contemporary dance he did while he was on the stage was Excellent! He was SO sharp and his techniques were superb. No doubt, the ariel part was not as strong, due to some strain you can see in his body and face as he was trying to catch the cloth on his feet. Nonetheless, the performance overall was great! I think he is the only one on Remo’s team that has any chance to get near the top 4.
    7) Binny –> Her bollywood performance was BEAUTIFUL! The way she dances and moves her body gracefully and so subtly is pure perfection. When you add great body language with beautiful expressions, you have a full out talented performer. I never knew what to expect from her until I saw that salsa performance, which is when I slowly began to recognize her talent, and then the “Ore Piya” performance just completely blew my  mind (probably one of my fav performances on DID). For this show, she did a wonderful job and justice to “Dhoom Tana” and i loved the “matka” segment as well.
    Just an FYI : for the “matka” segment, you are not supposed to dance full out when you have that on your head. You are supposed to keep your upper body straight and move the limbs of your body very subtly so the attention from the “matka” balance is not taken away. It’s a beautiful dance form and I forget if it was Master Remo or Terrence that said she should’ve danced more, but umm NO she is not supposed to with that on her head. Great job on this performance!
    8) Saajan –> I think his b-boying skills are insane! Undoubtedly, he kicks butt in b-boying! I live in USA, so I see a lot of that, but I never NEVER seen an indian do B-Boying SO DAMN WELL!! He did a great job in this performance. I felt he could’ve been more stronger. Some parts of the dance were a little weak, where his head was down a lot. I think he has LOTS of potential, and let’s see what else he brings!
    9) Amar –> I LOVED the song he performed on! It’s a very strong song to perform to, and with the right stunts, tricks, moves, and emotions, it can be a KILLER performance. Too bad it wasn’t a killer performance from Amar though. I thought it was respectable and the feel he gave to this song was beautiful. The dance part was pretty good, but not as strong as I would expect from him since he has done contemporary enough times on DID. The German Wheel prop was really cool, but I don’t think he used it properly. Some parts were amazing, but many were dull. Overall, not so bad.
    10) Shakti –> Hmm I don’t know where to start. So, I really like Shakti a lot, but I was very disappointed in this episode. After seeing her do contemporary, over and over and over and over… oh wait I’m not done… and OVER again, I thought that the next time she does a solo contemporary performance, it will be out of this world. In fact, I believe this was her weakest performance on DID! It makes me sad because I like her a lot, but she needs to realize she has some VERY strong female competitors. She needs to stop worrying about giving the boy’s thakkar, and step up her game because Binny, Amrita & and Kruti are surely climbing to the top, gradually but surely. Overall, we all know she has contemporary skills, but this performance was nothing special and didn’t show me anything I didn’t already see from her.
    11) Nikitasha –> She started off SO strong when DID 2 season began, but her performances have slowly been deteriorating. Most of the performers like Kishore, Binny, Punit, Kruti & Amar have grown so much and gotten better with each performance, but Nikitasha is the opposite. This performance was definitely graceful and the moves were nice, but I didn’t feel it at all! I can’t remember her performance clearly because it didn’t really capture me. Mediocre.
    12) Shashank –> I have been trying to like him, but it’s not working. I liked him when DID started and he did that first performance with Tashu and Bhavna, but after that, he also start slowly going downhill. The fish performance with Bhavna was really nice, but besides the 2 mentioned above, I can’t remember his other performances much (or I guess I rather not). I don’t think it’s only his fault, I think Remo needs to give him some more powerful and challenging choreo that can uplift him as a dancer. To me, Shashank is the weakest on this show right now.


    Okay, I am done with my review. As weird as it may sound, Geeta’s Gang seems like its the strongest this season. She has really brushed her act up from last season. I guess she learned her lesson and is trying not to commit those mistakes again. Of course, she got lucky to have such amazing dancers on her team, but the acts that she has been putting out there are amazing. Terrence’s team is good too. I think Kruti and Jack are the strongest on his team right now. He needs to give Amar and Shakti something else to do besides contemporary. Now it’s getting a bit ridiculous. What is going on with REMO?? He has the weakest team this season, whereas last season he had the strongest team! Punit seems to be the only one on his team that is decent. Can’t say much about Saajan, since we have yet to see more from him, but he has been good so far.
    Let’s see what happens next week!!

      It’s nice to see someone spending so much time writing..It really shows your passion about dance. I mostly agree with you but i think you need to reassess Binny’s ability as a dancer..She is good with stunts but her dancing doesn’t impress me  that much..
      Even this time, i found her little casual even in bollywood section before she was come down using the stairs..May be Geeta might have started focusing more on amrita’s choreography and it might not be binny’s fault..afterall this show is all about better choreography than dancing..  that’s why even shashank is not able to prove himself..

        Hey Joy, I know what you mean about Binny. But, I do believe she has a lot of potential. She is definitely good with stunts, but she also has the ability to dance any form that is given to her, so I give her the benefit of the doubt. Amrita is a super strong dancer compared to any of the girls on DID, but I guess let’s see what else they do!

        Just keep the TV remote with you when she is about to enter and use the mute button to avoide noise pollution and unmute once she start performing..She is a better dancer than singer ;-)

      mini is a choreographer who has worked with Geeta kapur and Farah khan for a very long long time. she has also worked with remo!
      if i’m not mistaken, during dance premier league, at the auditions mini mentioned this!!
      and obviously geeta did not do well duing the 1st season because she was stressing out with sidhesh pai(only contestant left in her team) and her father passed away!!
      anyways, back to mini! all the choreographers have assistants even remo n terence have assistants but we dont know them! we know mini, who is geeta’s assistant. yes terence is jelous and we can see that he really wants to win the show!! raha sawal geeta ka, yes at times she can be rude! the only reason she is like that because last season she was being treated rudely by remo n terence!
      unlike terence, geeta is trying to get her point straigh away whilst terence says thing soooooo camly so that the audience thinks that he is always right therefore they like him so much. you guys cant see the tru side of terence!! despite being a good choreographer, he really wants to win the show this is why he points out “mistakes” so nicely that audience loves him.
      for example, what he did with dharmesh, the choreography was not bharatnatiamm(dunnah how 2 spell):P but terence still critisised it!! obviously geeta was against him because she knows her choreograhy and she knows how it is ment to look like.
      remo is so clever, this season we can see that he doesnt seem that bothered about winning, and we cn clearly see that he wants Dharmesh to win…loool even i want dharmesh to win, he is amazing.

        I completely agree! There is so much we don’t know and many tend to overlook. Each master has an assistant and Mini had mentioned before that she learned a lot from Farah Khan and Geeta.
         
        Geeta is doing  a great job this season, and I think that is because she is  strong and has strong contestants. Of course, as you mentioned, she had a lot going on last season. This time around, she came  back with a bang!

    And yeah, I would have preferred the history Parvez and Vandana to Shashank, Kishore and Saajan as well. I think that they will always be remembered for their nice performances.

    Dharmesh is good, but not the best. There are a few who are as good as him.

    I think that Kruti has been quite versatile till now and she is a wonderful dancer.

    My experience of people that are always criticizing others  is that they are deeply unhappy, have a low self esteem and perhaps even depressed.

    Dharmesh is Unbeaten, he has uniqe style of dancing. He is untouched as accepted by all masters. I think he is unfortunately in Geeta’s Gang, who is a weak mentor among three masters. If Dharmesh were in Remo’s or Terence’ group then they could have moulded him in some other shape in a different dance styles with othr dancing variations.. He could have done better dance rather to Geeta’s dancing.

    Let’s be real, all 3 masters are bias with their own contestants. I do not have a favorite Master because I feel they should not be criticized nor given so much credit. They are the Gurus on this show, and they need to be respected. Of course everyone has their own likes and dislikes and favorites and what not, but each of these 3 masters work very hard with their contestants and for anyone to really criticize any of them so much, is unfair. It’s not that easy to do what they do. It requires lots of hard work, dedication and loads of talents and creativity. Remo is the master of HipHop, Geeta is the master of Classical & Bollywood, and Terrance is the master of Contemporary. Neither one of these masters can touch each other on their strongest dance genre. I don’t think it is right for us to sit here and criticize them in such a way that it becomes such a huge disrespect to Dance Gurus who are working their butts off to give these contestants a chance to live their dreams by being on DID.
     
    No doubt that I have my own opinion on each of these judges, but at the same time, we cannot overlook the talent each of have instilled in them. They are where they are right now because they have earned their place as a DID judge. I do believe Remo criticizes the contestants that are not on his team a lot, as well as Terrance, and Geeta too sometimes, but they have the right too with how they feel about a certain dance, just like we all do. It’s human nature.
     
    I never liked Master Geeta before, but after reading all the hatred so many have for her, I feel bad for her. Indeed she screwed up last season, but I think she is very strong this season. She gives good judgement and she is the least to criticize any of the other contestants. She always gave Parvez, Shakti, Amar, Punit, Vandana, etc. lots of love and encouragement, even Bhavna! Remo is the least encouraging in my opinion to the contestants, but he is not so harsh, so it’s still okay. Terrance has a great way to bring out good points and bad points, and  of course he mostly has good points only for his contestants, but again that’s natural for each Master to do. All 3 of them are doing a great job and deserve some respect. All these DID contestants love each of these Masters… WHY? Because they interact with them and know how they are. We don’t know them to judge their personality. Let’s be more liberal guys!!! DID is a great stage and show, which gives the less privileged and the middle class a chance to change their lives and showcase their talents!!

        I beg to differ. Each of the masters are bias and they have every right to be, even Remo. Remo points out everyones’ mistakes, but barely his own contestants. Regardless, Geeta definitely attacked Naresh a bit harshly, but Naresh was really disappointing from the start. I can’t really blame her for her comments, but she should have definitely been more subtle about it. I do agree that Terrence needs to point out bad points about his contestants too. Oh well!

    i used to love Terrence for his fair judgement, but last episode was one of his ugliest judgement.
    Hey man, how can u judge ur own students and praise them so much coz as a mentor, u showed them how to do all this.  So stop blowing ur own trumpet please Terrence.  Ur admirers will stop loving u if u continue like this.  Shakti is begging to try to new thg, if as her guru u feel tht she cannot do other stuff, sit with her n clear this out in private, its a pity seeing her asking Geeta to tell u its time she try different stuff.

    Remo is like a wet cat this season, he just keep sitting and as if he is in another world.  Maybe he wanted to drop out of the show or have some problem, but please Remo, u r being paid to be on the set, so leave all ur problem away and be in the show.  i dont feel u got the weakest contestant,u choose ur own student. i rather feel this time, zee didnt allow u to play ur politics and u already know that the winner wont be from ur team as the other two mentors also to get winner.  but that dont mean u dont come up with fantastic act- work harder please, we r paying for the electricity and spending our time to watch the show, we deserve better end product.

    Geeta, please lose some weight.  Last season u were a bit fat but this season u r like an elephant.  There are dieting and massage done to lose weight, try it.  There is nothg wrong being obese if u r happy bt for health wise, u can die of a heart attack anytime.  so be careful.  N the fact that so many ppl are watching u, losing weight will make u more eyepleasing to u.  So concentrate a bit on urself, eat healthy food, do yoga and lose weight b4 DID3. Please. 

    Abt the contestants, Zee has already decided who it will be so we are all losing our time arguing and fighting.
    Like can only be compared with like.  No two contestants are same, so its a show, enjoy it and then forget it.
    The best thing we can do is not to vote at all and save on our money as either u vote or not, it wont make any difference.
    D will win tht is why he is so much hyped (mohamed gouse was hyped since the audition), may b this time they wil bring 2 girls in the finale so that janta can start realising tht girls have their place.

    you guys should stop critisizing geeta kapur!! so what if she is fat, Saroj khan n Farah khan are fat!! her choreography is quite good. and dont say this is because she has magnificent dancers!! yes, she can do better wiith dharmesh, but we love him sooo much that HE WILL WIN THIS SHOWWW!!! kishore is quite good but as a dancer i think he gets nervous. and amrita is good but she is getting annoying and MUST STOP her “yeyeyeyeyeyeyeyyeye” Binny is a terrific dancer although her “dhoom tana” dance was slightly dissapointing. on friday i think shashank might get eliminated. ohh yehh one one think i wanted to metion to all of you, i’m from london and the DID that i watch is wired because they cut so many bits out like geeta n terence’s argument, the kitkat breaks, and the contestant’s introduction video!! which is very dissapointing..
    i hope you guys get my point!!

        @ illusion-93 – first of all, welcome to the forum and my opinion differ on geeta..I feel that other than she is a waste as a master..She is known for bollywood and classical but we have hardly seen her excelling in any such act so far..Better performances from his team like Dharemesh’s ballon and his wild card act are d’s ability to manage that so well..She was too bad in her selection for top 18 other than Dharmesh..

        The only justice to her presence on the show is that she is showing us different forms (from thayyam to Kishore’s act) and i must appreciate her for this..

        I wonder how she manage to keep so many irritating characteristics from her stupido fan….fan.. comments to making faces to over-criticising  other’s masters contestants many times..

DID 1 winner was MUSLIM (SALMAN), Shahrukh Khan Famous because of INDIAN Audience.  And He was middle class before he starts acting. Abdul Kalam (former President) was MUSLIM INDIAN. What do you know about INDIA? There are many people come to bollywood from Pakistan, and Banglades, And India welcome them without any Problem. That’s the INDIA. STOP criticizing India.     @patelcharu…gr8 job in putting things in this perspective. However @ the end of the day … there are dancers who perform and there are dancers who do it from heart. The effort and class shows in the performance irrespective of the dance form being performed.
    And so called contemporary from terrence’s team doesn’t have repeat value..meaning we cannot go and look at those performances multiple times. Just luk at the number of views for D’s each and every performances(youtube, zee tv site…etc, even here he is the MOST talked and discussed about contestant) since auditions and you’ll see that there is something in his dance that makes is so watchable, likeable, and definitely a class apart.
    Masters can do only certain things..but at the end of the day it will contestants who’ll be performing it. Contemporary dance style seems to bear strikingly similar expressions (of pain, longing, being sad..etc) and doens’t really strike a chord all the times… it’s high on those expression and less on dance content.
    Anyways those are my views since I watch performances over and over again especially the once i like and i tried hard but cudn’t watch terrance’s team’s performances multiple times.

    With the voting trend, it is obvious that Dharmesh is going to win.

    Shashank elimination is quite fair. However , I am quite Suprised that Binny is in the danger zone. She is much better than Kishore and Saajan.

    With Minni as assistant, I think that Geeta is going to do Great Choreography and will be able to match with Remo and Terrence. Agree that Vaibhavi merchant is the strongest to mactch with them, but Minni is Fine as well. Shiamuk Davar would have been fine as well, but for the peace of the show, they better leave as it is.

    Well … to start with :
    I hate the usage of props of any kind in a dance show unless its a prop round. If at  all  prop  is  used  … it  should be to highlight the dance and not become the  highlight  of  dance .
     
    I would personally want to see just dancing … without any props … till the finals.
    Each week the contestants should try a  new dance styles under different trained professionals  and dance specialists.  I do not expect the three masters to be able to learn and teach the contestants all the dance forms. That’s insane. I believe that this would bring in a lot of quality in terms of dancing.
    Right now … we are limited to 3 masters and expecting them to do everything. They do have their own limitations and that’s the only reason why they are using so many props to hide their limitations
    ( maybe subconsciously).
    I would like to see more intensive dance routines. SOLELY DANCING & NO PROPS .
     
    We all know that all the contestants are good in their own respective ways. ( clap, clap, clap).
    NOW…they should try new dance styles … both eastern and western. Then the audience will know ” WHO  IS  CAPABLE OF WHAT” .
    I will judge for a participant who has the eagerness to learn and grow… efficiently & effectively … entertaining us all and showcasing pure talent and growth.

    hi guys ..  it seems as per previous comments i can undrst  especially FANOF DID .. dude you should grow up man ..  How can you judge Darmesh dance .. he is king of popping see choreography is nothing but Dance not stunts and hanging in air or in cages …  guys before commenting on dharmesh watch his dance and variations start from auditions there are some mind blowing performances like “mera dil na thodo” and “churake dil mera” …  its all mind blowing .. Darmesh for me u r amazing dude .. I bet no one in DID 2  can do a clean dance like you .. you are deservd to win DID 2 .. all the best.

    hey everybody.. i have been reading all the comments and i must say that they are very interesting:). well i am a dharmesh fan as well.. Go dharmesh!!, as for the limelight he gets i think being a boogie woogie mahayudh winner, he deserves every single bit of it.. he is a total entertainer i am sure those who criticize him wouldn’t disagree that even they enjoy his performance..
    i have started watching did this year so don’t know what happened last year.. but this year i think remo is being the best judge..
    i agree that terrence is technically very apt but i just can’t understand why gives standing ovation to only his team members.. why he can never find technical mistakes in his own contestants..  and i think he sacrificed pervez for amar because he wanted to keep amar for lifting shakti..
    and at end i would just like to add that these comments are my own opinion and i didn’t mean to hurt anybodies feelings or sentiments..

    yeah i have seen the jai ho dance . choreographed by nakkkul
    i dont know which version of jai ho was that , very hard to catch the beat
    and the handstand which was turned into a beutiful shape by the girl ,
    maybe she is jeanine but the guy with her was jason.


    PHILIP  is the guy who had a popping locking battle with ben last year’s season. he may have lost the battle last yr but didnt lose heart , he practiced and got selected this year.
    and this year he did the opening first dance of this seasons so u think u can dance with a girl .
    his signature move (which he used in the auditions)last season was copied by khusboo purohit in last season of did .
    this year u remember the group dance performance which they did on
    boom boom pow of black eyed peas , philips move was copied by saajan but not with the same flair.and that group dance also had the move which was done by binnymoving her head benath her hand while holding her foot(its quite difficult i tried it also ).
     
    and the broadway guy u mentioned is maybe evan , i liked him but his brother more because it was his choreography which got him through in the first place .
    and it would have bin better had they selected his brother becuz he ws more experienced and he was older(after a certain age u cant do certain moves) that is what i feel.

    DHARMESH IS AN AVERAGE DANCER.

    Look at last year’s DID.  It was extremely on a positive note just because Terence praised all the contestants left right center for their good performances. He was completely unegoistic, selfless and a little bit foolish. It costed him The other two were in fact always selfish(especially Remo).
    Just because Terence is standing on his feet this time, praising his team and making sure he actaully goes “mentoring” them and  not being too selfless…he starts getting criticism,
    I think Terence is just doing right. After all, Remo was the one who had the last laugh…inspite of his selfishness, shrewdness. I think Terence just needs to be worldlywise and not become too selfless like he was the last time. He is great choreographer and I respect that.
    Coming to winners last time (Alish was my fav), Salman was the winner. If you look at his winning elements, it was his Dance, Charm, Performance, COnnection with audience, humility. These are which will make a Dance show winner.
    Not a robot like Dharmesh Sir. He doesn’t smile!!!!!!! never connects with audience. Very less feel in every dance (be it romantic number or a shaadi number!) And moreover why does he grab the microphone each person and try his ”I am an best idiot you can see please watch my spoken English as an example” act!!?? It’s okay we don’t care about your English or Hindi…all we want is your performance buddy.
    WE DONT CARE IF YOU DONT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH STOP ACTING LIKE AN IDIOT

    Wow..no words are enough to tell how thoroughly disgusting she has become in DID2. Atleast DID1 she used to act(ACT MIND YOU) innocent but yet genuine. Now she is acting retarded, selfish, egositic and hysteric!
     
    Coming to Remo, he is sompletely lost, shows zero interest in the show and sits  there and and makes faces.  Sometimes I completely fail to notice him till the end of the show. Is he still working for DID2?
    There is no room for Saumya and Jai as Dharmesh wants to hog all limelight doesn’t leave a chance to grab the microphone from them. So there goes the matter with them.
    Worst part of it is Kishore still sitting happily on the white sofa. And we know he’ll sit there until his father turns up on the sets and says” beta tu mil gaya”! Remeber Mithunda requested him to come and give “aashirwad” to him!?
    If these things gets right, I don’t care who wins at all, coz, all others seem to work hard anyway.

    Finally good to know that u r luking at other contestants too and have some liking.
    In ur list of impressive performers , u have only 6, without parvez, contestants ..and again this is ur liking (for sure not mine) and there no mention of jack..and u still think that out of remaining 6 contestants D is not impressive…. now i understand the  judgement or the lack of it from ur side..
    For me it’s only ur taste of dance and really feel sorry that u call D unimpressive or monotonous..most of the people u mentioned have been doing the same thing over and over. even jack is getting there with his fab “monotonous” performances
    and it’s no hype… if u luk even in the auditions.. probably D was among the few who got trade mark comments from all the mentors (Remo – now that’s wat i call a per…etc). that time it wasn’t hype at all.
    Agreed there is more hype around D, but trust me, it’s fully deserved, and people like u keep him in the limelite all the time ;-) .

    @FANOFDID – If Dharmesh sir received 80% of votes from all over the India and other 164 countries…I will only say please stop insulting him and his work. He is working hard to bring out his best in 3mints on the stage. Please if you don’t have much knowledge about dancing than I will only say please write better for all contestants instead of write bad about a person who is very popular by audience. Audience is not Crazy….People know how to judge. If you do not like D sir…its not mean other also don’t like. 
    Dharmesh do smile and connect with audience and you can see this by votes he receiving from public.  About, Grabbing Microphone….if you watch every show….Mentors making him to say “Now that what I call a performance, chummeswari……so).  And this is Dance show to win….not a circus where get pay to do something over and over.  And I also say that Terrence Choreography is more like Circus than True Dance. But Hey its great work so why not.
    If all contestant are good in what they are doing than Why not….and still Dharmesh have tried contemporary, Bollywood, classical and his own popping and locking….Who else have try all this style on this show?…Shakti still sticking with what she is good with…and Terrence giving her best choreography than any one in his own group, only because SHE IS HIS STUDENT….otherwise Vandna was also very good Dancer…the day she got eliminated she messed up but also her Choreography compare to other not so impressive… same things happen with Parvez….Also Terrence know that Kuwar is only match up with Shakti and that’s why he keep trying to save him…but when close to final he will make sure that He also get eliminated. And truly this time His comment toward Dharmesh was really unfair.
     Remo is much much much better than GEETA AND TERRENCE….he only point out where he sees that contestant made mistake. And his comment don’t degrade/insult contestant in front of 165countried audience like Geeta and Terrence does.  
       I would only say one thing Dharmesh is genius in what he is doing….he does smile, and respect audience….when its need to.  He is Contestant not ACTOR.
    Dharmesh or any contestant no need to beg for votes from audience….”Give 100% to your work and leave everything on Destiny” This is not politics where anyone have to please or smile or connect to  public or mentors…this is competition….work hard and be honest. Show who you are, what you can do, and how hard you work to show what you are. 
    You can only criticize other if you have knowledge on what they are doing….. If can’t praise people than stop even criticizing them.

    The hype started from the auditions itself buddy..by showing how many of his contestants appeared for auditions n so on and so forth…its not wrong..I was really impressed at that time and also for a while..but how long will u keep saying he is GOD…plz he is not..he is no better than other contestants…Keeping that in mind…they should stop this hype..coz public is getting cheated n ultimately he is gonna win bcoz of their votes..Zee Tv knows how to increase their TRPs…:D

    so, don’t target D just cuz he is being used(according to u). He is one of the most sincere and determined performer and very simple.

     I have watch show closely and I think he didn’t grab microphone to irritate US, he may be have irritated you not others…and if he trying to speak English, so what…He at least believe in TRY….not like others who only like to give comment for good/bad, impressive/unimpressive.  And Initially Mentors make him to say it and that’s when he involved in it. And if you feel irritated its not mean audience from 165 contries feels like you. Yea Geeta is very clever and give him hardest choreography so he can be eliminated from show. Also, it was his kindness make Geeta says that he is the best contestant to work with….never say no.  Look his positivity….stop looking what to want to see in him. People are sitting in show who admires him and audience is not dumb.   And This is dance show not Attitude show. If you have issue with his attitude it’s not mean everyone does. All contestant have great attitude toward there work, show, and toward audience. 
    It is unfair as criticism on D what Terrence made in last show was unfair…….Terrence also knows that D is big pillar for Shakti to win this show…as he is wonderful, natural dancer, and audience supporting him a lot. So only way to get rid of him from show is giving him bad comment and make audience feel bad about him.  Geeta does the same as Terrance does…Only Remo gives fair comment.  Terrance tries to be honest but when it comes to Dharmesh THIS TIME he was unfair. Last time when he commented on Classical dance he was right…IT WAS GEETA’s Mistake which she admitted on show. 
    If you observe, Geeta and Terrence’s comment when there contestant performing and when others contestant performing.
    Why are you commenting contestant…They are just doing what they been told from there MASTERS. Comment on Masters not on Contestant. 
        DHARMESH IN HIS OWN CHOREOGRAPHY HE IS BEST.  OVER ALL HE IS BEST

    @JIN BABA – Over all show bases on 3 Masters’ Choreography, and unfortunately Dharmesh is in Geeta’s team who is Classical Dancer not popping and locking.  From Beginning if you have watch show…Geeta ask D sir during audition that who does he really like? And he honestly answer that he likes Remo… Geeta knew from there that he like to be with Remo and he is best in popping and locking….so Geeta should not choose him for her team…she should have cheated on him as he being HONEST.  Also…English movie is movie not REALITY SHOW.  Also popping and locking is Western Dance…Being in India and still learning Western Dance is big achievement than anything.  In movies we see Hrithik Roshan doing great dance but he have to perform in Award function why not same clarity we see in his performance like in movie.  Jack is doing what he is best in also he just enter to this platform wait and watch how long Terrence let him stay in this show.  You can only judge Jack and D sir if they are in Remo’s team. As Terrance also Contemporary dancer not break or locking popping.  Stop judging contestant…please judge 3 Masters as they the one who choreograph dances not contestant. If English movie choreographer work with D sir with enough time and than if d sir not do well than you can say that he is not very impressive. Please appreciate talent instead of judging them right/wrong, impressive/unimpressive….so and so. This is show….and at least all these contestant have enough guts to be in show…even after humiliated by judges, channel, audience, and masters.

    I don’t think it is unfortunate for Dharmesh to be on Geeta’s team. The truth is, if Terrance had the first pick for that round of 3 boys, he would have also chosen Dharmesh because he was clearly the best. Each Master wants the best for their team and they have the right for that. I would say it might be a miracle in disguise that Dharmesh did not end up with Remo this season because it is quite obvious that Remo has the weakest team this time around (trust me, it is shocking for me too!!!), and Geeta has the strongest team. Either way, each of the contestants on the show are going to learn something new no matter whose team they are on. It is about making the best of what you have.
     
    I agree that Pop & Lock is more of a western dance, BUT this Universe is so diverse, that each dance form is used and taught all over the world. Pop & Lock derives from the West, but I think India is doing  a fantastic job showcasing it and taking it to another level.
     
    If all those that hate on these dancers were to try to do what they do, then you would realize that it is NOT easy.. and I am saying it from experience. Agree with you that talent needs to be appreciated and encouraged, not trashed and discouraged!

    I agree and adding to this i feel that the main reason of DID’s level deteriorating this year is because good dancers are part of geeta’s team and their potential is not utilized completely.

    She has unbelievable power to waste and destroy a dancer’s capability.. Only someone like Siddesh or Dharmesh can survive being in her team because of their individual ability..

    Geeta may be good for classical and Bollywood, but unable to keep up with Remo and Terrence. Remo and Terrence are very strong in what they are doing, and Audience likes more westernize dances than Bollywood or Classical. So to compete against Remo and Terrence need Versatile Choreographer.  In woman I think Vaibhavi Merchant is strongest to match up with Remo and Terrence. She is very versatile choreographer per movie Dhoom 2, Devdas, Aaja Nachle and many more. 
     
                No doubt that Remo is weak this time, but if Dharmesh would be in his group than he might be strong enough to compete Terrence.  I think Dharmesh, Binny, and Amrita are miracle for Geeta, especially Dharmesh.  Not Against Geeta but for this show we need some one compatible to Terrence and Remo.

         @ some point it is unfortunate for Dharmesh to be in Geeta’s team.  Because to win this show contestant need to have strong master, and Dharmesh is highly talented in pop & lock.  He could have gain more knowledge through this show if he would be in Remo’s team.  If we look back in DID 1, Prince, Salman, Alisha, Jay, Mayur all these guys had right masters to work with…especially Prince….He learn a lot from Remo. And truly his all performance was outstanding. If we see this year…Shakti’s most dances are outstanding….truly because she is highly trained in Contemporary, she has TERRANCE as MASTER who also highly trained in Contemporary. Where Dharmesh only end up doing mostly Bollywood, classic style dances…and he still trying to bring best out of what he is doing by adding his own choreography.  We all know which choreography is his and which Geeta’s Choreography.  Geeta also have admitted that she also don’t realize that how beautifully Dharmesh make changes in Dance…and it just amazing (she said this during Balloon Dance).
            I agree that each masters want best for their team but not when you know that Remo likes Dharmesh and Dharmesh likes Remo. Especially Geeta is the one who ask this question to Dharmesh during Audition. I would say what she did was wrong. If she had selected Dharmesh without asking this question than I would be agree with you…but I disagree as she ask him in front of audience, during audition…and taking advantage of someone kindness…she prove that this world is not for HONEST people. 
     
    Over all I think instead of master choose Contestant it would be nice if they select by writing name on piece of paper individually and picking randomly from bowl of all chits by masters.
     
    I see Terrence as Dhrona Charya, Shakti as Arjun, and Dharmesh as Ekluvya.

    It has NOTHING to do with Honesty. He was asked a simple question and he answered it. If Shakti was asked that question, she would have said Terrance.  If Kruti was asked it, she might have said Geeta (cuz of the whole classical thing), who knows! It’s not a big deal. Everyone has their favorites and idols. If Terrance had the chance, he would have chosen Dharmesh too, knowing that he likes Remo. It’s one man for themselves. Geeta has every right to choose Dharmesh, just like Terrance chose Shakti considering that is his student. If you think about it, that is also unfair. Of course it is lucky for her she got to be on his team, but I think it is pretty clear that he does give her the better performances. Either way, each Master wants their students to succeed. I think Dharmesh is SO good in hiphop, in fact he is the BEST, I don’t think Remo would do much more justice to him (just a little bit with creativity).
     
    As for Shakti, yes she has been doing superb, but ONLY in contemporary. Like you said she is highly trained already BY Terrance, so her growth is not going to be MUCH with him. She just gets to perform contemporary on his creative dances. Had she been with Remo or Geeta, she would have been done a lot more variety of dances.
     
    If contestants got to choose, sad to say this, but I don’t think Geeta would have many contestants. Not because she is not a great choreographer, but because she is always misjudged and put down due to her trained background. CLASSICAL IS THE POWER OF OUR COUNTRY (and i am born and raised in America and I am saying this!)!! Of course if I was in DID, I would want to be with either Terrance or Geeta ONLY because i am already a hiphop dancer, so I would want to learn more styles to the fullest! (Still love Remo!!!)
     
    This is just my opinion and I strongly believe it.

    No I still don’t agree with you point regarding Dharmesh….Yea if Geeta had ask Question to Shakti and if Shakti had to go though same as D than I would say same thing for Shakti.  All Contestant came to this show to win not to learn new style. If they want to learn new style than there are many teachers are available. Please do not misunderstood this is show to win not to learn different dance style. And I am sure is Shakti would be in Geeta’s team than she might now hear WOW that often. I am not againt Geeta but Geeta is not for this show.  Contestant only learning Bollywood style Dances not Creative dances. If Dharmesh would be in Terrance team than I might not feel this much wrong as 1) he is very talented Choreographer, 2) he didn’t ask question to D, and I still have feelings that Terance will not choose D after knowing that Remo and D likes eachother.  sorry but it is matter of honesty.  Geeta took him in her team just because to make her team stronger and to keep her image good to bollywood and audience. Sorry, But I am disagree with you.

    It has to do with HONESTY, and it was not that simple question.   If Geeta Kapoor had ask this question after choosing all her contestant than I would be agree that its  not her fault at all. 

    All contestants come to win…..and DID winner gets ~50lakhs and one song in Movie.  Most contestant come from India not from US or Foreign country, If you hear there stories during show you see that they there to win not to learn new things….yes new thing always good to learn for those people in this show who do not train with any Shailly such as Vandna, Parvez, Binny, Kishore, and many more.  And new thing good to learn if you are not participant. But people like Dharmesh, Shakti, Shashank, Punit, Amrita, Kruti, all are specialize in their Shaily. They all are great Dancers…IF GEETA HAD ASK TO ALL CONTESTANT THAT WHO IS THERE FAVORITE MASTER, THAN SHE WILL ALSO KNOW THE TRUTH THAT HOW MUCH CONTESTANT LIKE HER, AND IT WILL BE FAIR FOR ALL CONTESTANT THAT DESTINY TO FALL IN X, Y and Z’s GROUP. BUT ASKING ONE CONTESTANT who was outstanding during Audition, and taking him into your group to keep your team strong and show good image in industry….that’s not right.  That Guy is truly brilliant….and no growth to be in Geeta’s team…. He is unable to compete w/ Shakti as not a brilliant Choreography.  YES Shakti is Good in Contemporary….we say these from her performance…as she was able to show her ability to audience because of Terrence,  Where Dharmesh not getting any WOW, or best dance of the DAY… because his Choreographer. 
      With Remo he would learn whole lot more, not just little…..I can say this from Prince Performance (DID 1).  Yes, He needs Remo Terribly.   
        Even how well trained we are with hip-hop, classical or contemporary but still lots of left to learn in that particular field. And when you come in front of 165countries audience you want to be best…..Trying new style during competition is not a brilliant Idea, especially when Master is not genius like Remo or Terrence.   
       Geeta is not Great Choreographer in Classical even…otherwise she would have bring more classical dance on stage with brilliant choreography. Sorry but I don’t see Geeta Kapoor at level of Kruti’s GURU, nor near Saroj Khan. Sorry!!! Can’t help to say this. Geet is Good choreographer for Actor and Actresses, but not for these contestants. Terrence is not trained in Classical but for Kruti he took help from her Guru and work with them to bring Drupdi act on Stage.  Also the other Classical dance was done by Kruti was also Brilliant. One more example is JACK….he is doing hip-hop and in Terrence team….outstanding.  Sorry but IF Dharmesh would be in Terrence team will still do batter than being in Geeta’s team.   
       Please know that this is Dance show to win not show to try something different every time.  And to win need to perform what to good at… 
      I am train in Classical and My GURU always say that you can’t say that you are done training with classical dance or any dance….you should keep practices and keep on learning till you die.
