After the elimination of Khushboo Purohit yesterday we now have the Super Six Dance India Dance Contestants. Today is Dance India Dance 9th may Celebrity Special where Zee TV Actors/Actress joined the contestants on stage. Some of the performances were really great.

Prince and Radhika performed on Radha Kaise Na Jale in indian and popping style.
Alisha Singh and Dev performed on Alvida in Modern and Contemporary Dance style.
Siddhesh Pai and Pavitra performed on Tumhe Jho Maine Dekha in Salsa Dance Style.
Salman and Shree performed on Teri Ore in Bollywood Style.
Sunita Gogoi and Nikhil performed on Ek Aankh Maru in Bollywood Nautanki Style.
Lux Khoobsurat Performance of the day goes to Prince and Radhika.

Alisha’s dance was my favorite. It was the least awkward.Dev , (I’m sorry I don’t know his real name-I know his character’s name and that he’s supposedly actually dating “Radhika” off-screen.) was really very good in his dance moves. They were sharp and expressive and his facial gestures added greatly. Prince and “Radhika” were my second favorite. However Prince had trouble staying in character. Salman-what can I say? Such a great dancer and he was teamed with “Shree.” He reluctantly went on to perform but was so afraid of hurting her that it affected his performance and the performance was not complete to say the least. I can only hope people will vote with their memories. He is the very best of the best. The others were really just mediocre. I am more than sad tonite. Jai’s dance was not worthy of his immense talent. Are the Masters tired or playing favorites or-what?

About the Contestants
1 Prince : Now stop doing poping and locking as we hv seen others are now getting better than u so show another dance form …
2 Salman : Good dancer but still lots of dance form left by doing stunts and lift u cant be the best.But still a great competitors for others
3 Sunita : Its time to go now. I dont know how she still in DID.
4 Siddhesh : Not as good as jai , alisha ,salman have to lots of hard work to match them
5 Jai : Bravo … !! I want to see Whole dance on B Boying from u…u r best at that
6 Alisha : Awesome …!! The most versatile dancer in DID. My vote goes to u

About the Judges

1 Remo : Stop biasing for ur candidates and let dont let ur ego to go of u . Only judge on the performance , not on the my candidate.

2 Geeta : U r showing ur cards now …!! good keep it up

3 Terrance : U r the Best among all judge . Judge only on the performance and gives correct instruction for enhancing themselves

4 Grand Master : U r too bias towards Prince. However terrance was far better than Remo still u r not perefer to give grand salute to terrance Y ???

Prince Dance was the best among all, the expressions and with Radhika it was very beautiful.

Now do not compare always compare with siddhesh, always want sympathy vote(He is back stage dancer or Geeta Ma, or sth else). Show dance, not emotions yaar.

Alisha is versatile dancer, should be among top.

hi.. i seen yesterday’s performnces.. 8th may.. and i think the performance given by alisha and dev was wonderful…. phenomenon… n still the best performer of the day went to prince…..strange????!!!!!!!… not happy….

i knw everyone is performing good.. tryong their best …… but still talking about yest performances alisha was the best…

Jai did a good job, but not her partner

Siddesh did a good job. She had a good partner

Zee Tv actors /actress should not have been invited to dance with contestants. The contestants might have to pay the price for that. They might be penalised- For eg Salman- This is so unfair. It was not a nice episode to watch.

So, Please vote for the best candidates

I think that Grandmaster is very emotional and easy gets carried away, without even evaluating the performance of candidates. See Alisha’s graceful movements. And what about Jai’s performances. Well…………………………………………………………………………………………..

I totally agree with superioraryan that the top three should be
Jai,Salman and Alishia.

And I think that Jai is the best amongst these three and still He has been in the red zone for the maximum number of times. The best thing about Jai is that he perfroms very well under pressure for Example Dholi Taro performance last week as he knew that it was going to be him or Mayuresh who had to be eliminated last week but he performed to the perfection.

Salman is also good but if we compare Jai with Salman, Salman has been tested only once this week. Only this week he was in the red zone and his performance was not up to the mark under pressure. Jai is the master of props and i should say Jai is the master of Dancing under pressure, so He is definitely the best but i m not sure about indian Janta whether they will vote for him or not as he has not been voted among the top three till date. So, Indian Janta wake up and vote for the right person and that is “JAI” for sure.

Jai is far better than Siddhesh and Price who have been getting the maximum number of votes from Janta till now.

Sunita is a good dancer but not as much of Khusboo. Khusboo was very terific. Salman is the best candidate. he is a nice person, he did every type of stunts along with its dance. his dance will be full filled till he do any stunts in its performance. overall his performance was good, fantastic, superb……….
i request u to vote for salman

Okay, it is high time for Sunita to leave the show. She is not as accomplished a dancer as the others, and routinely performs the same ‘lattka jhatka’ numbers. There is little grace in her movements, and I don’t recall her ever performing a Latin number or even contemporary. Both her performances were extremely ordinary — aside from her energy level, I don’t see the polished dancing talent in her that contestants need at this level.

Jai is a dedicated dancer and his first performance was excellent. He lagged behind in the second performance, but I think that was due in part to his partner.

Prince’s first performance was certainly different from what we have seen in the past and he pulled it off well. His second performance was absolutely phenomenal — one of the best I have seen. Remo should continue to utilize Prince to the fullest, as Prince has shown he is capable of performing many different styles.

Siddesh fell way below the mark on Friday. I remember when Mangesh did a tapori style dance Geeta told him that his performance looked like an ordinary person dancing at a wedding. I don’t think Siddesh’s performance was far from that — very ordinary and well below Dance India Dance standard. Second performance was better and I’m sure it helped to have a professional dancer as a partner.

It is unfortunate to see such an accomplished and focused dancer like Salman have difficulties performing. He has always been a pleasure to watch and has an ability to make the best of the worst situations. Hopefully he’ll have better luck next week should he choose to use props again.

Alisha’s popping and breaking performance was by far one of her best to date. The second performance was intense and brought out a good message, but not as good as the first one. She has certainly been the best among all the girls.

I’d really like to see more dancing and less story-telling and prop use on the show. Khushboo’s elimination was unfortunate, but it was expected after her major mistakes last week. That being said, let us please focus on the complexity and difficulty of the dance numbers, as well as the finesse with with contestants perform when we cast our votes.

Terence n Remo are excellent Judges. Geeta, you are a biased, prejudiced and unprofessional wimp. Khushboo’s elimination is not legal, Sunita is lousy and body short. Siddesh is over confident and pretends to be surprised when given good ratings. Alicia is not graceful just like Geeta. Instead of wasting your time on passing unnecessary comments, Geeta should be channeling her energy in the gym for a workout cos dancers are supposed to be slender, graceful slim and feminine not looking like sumo wrestlers. I have never disliked anyone as much as Geeta cos I hate her comments on performers not in her team. On 9th May 2009, she demoralised Salman and the poor guy was down in the dumps. Try putting yourself in his shoes Geeta but then again you cant cos you are fat and clumsy Remember Geeta, what goes around comes around AND YOU ALSO HAVE KIDS WHO WILL BE THE subjects of other people’s nasty comments. Geeta have a heart, dont be unkind and cruel in your comments on performances. If you have nothing nice to say about people, ZIP your big mouth. Cheers to Mithunda, Terence, Remo and Salman.

Price you have to attempt other stuff too. People are bored wit you and Siddesh be real not false. Good show Mithun. Dance India Dance really rocks

coming to 9th may performance..so no doubt concept wise, chemistry wise, emotions wise n dance wise ALISHA AND DEV took the cake. but, but, but…mithun as usual wanted to give “best performanc av the day title” to only and only PRINCE. why??? becz prince is mithuns fav. salman cudnt make it this tym due sensitive doll SHRee…who wanted to create some drama(all of a sudden) thtsy mithun chose prince as his best candidate othewise it wud have been salman. I realli wanna see salman, jai ad alisha in top 3. the best performance av the day acc to me goes 2 “dev and alisha”..alisha tried LnP on 8th may and did a gud job n on 9th she was vey gud…dev complimented her vey well..it was looking so real.—a very fine actor indeed.
for MITHUN i wud lyk to tell u; plzzz stopp praising ur fav contestants. first it was khushboo..wasting ur veto power. and now prince who just wanna do LnP to impress remo n mithun…bore!!!!!

My question to all..

Why was Geeta defending that Salman’s being in Red Zone was right…
Why did she said that “log aacha perform kerte hai hai phir bhi eliminate ho jate hai..we all know that”

What is wrong in saying if person has performed then he should get VOTE.

She also said that “sabse jayada vote come from SALMAN’s Voting block”
if someone noticed that..that was so shocking..

I would say she Sunita and Siddesh should join the group of Terrence and Remo and Geeta should be thrown out…

She does not have any dignity and does not have respect for others..

She has hypnotized Mithun, he is also not stopping her..when she spews poison..

When Prince came back and did contemporary and said he dedicates that to Jay and Siddesh, Remo was the first one to say that he does not promotes that kind of behavior..

What did she do when Siddesh said he does not wants to waste time in getting the comments from the Judges..

She has transferred her arrogance in her students as well..

I voted for Salman/Alisha/Jai/Prince..

I wish Salman is safe next week..

I also wish god gives some vision to Mithun and he does one more wild card entry competition and get our Mayuresh back, how heartbreaking it was when Mayuresh said can I kiss the Takdir ki Topi once….

DEV TOUCHED ALISHA’s PARTS !!!

I watched many times Alisha”s dance on sat on domestic violence and her practice with Dev. Alisha herself was PUBLICLY VIOLATED !! I just could not keep quiet that Dev touched Alisha”s right bosom( jab tune kehe diya alvida). I could imagine how awkward the poor girl might have felt, but has kept quiet since she has to win the competition. Somebody needed to raise this issue and so I did. Dev, how could you be so un-respectful and undignified to a woman ? I am sure all the three Masters noticed it too as they asked Dev if it was his first dance performance and didnot knew what else to comment on such a shameless guy? And this was not an accident or slip of hand, since Dev did the same thing in dance rehearsal that was also shown just before their performance( when Alisha was saying”thora problem hain height”). Radhika or whoever is dating Dev, is a warning sign of how Dev might be treating women if he does all this in public keeping an innocent face.

Chill Samy.. it’s all allowed in contemporary dance, and both alisha & dev enjoyed it. contemporary dance also allows semi-nudity, being topless with panties on, and don’t get me wrong… it is allowed as part of the cirriculum for BFA students performing in the University.

Guys , its time to be serious , instead of all those non dancers from ZEE TV , you all need to focus on the show , you are in final 6 , there is no room for all these glamour , get on with dances all you guys , its time all six of pull up socks

Siddhesh you need to be stop being filmi , he is a good dancer , he is just trying to get sympathy from the viewers with his nonsense talk

Prince : you have done some tremoendous work , its time you LOCK yr L & P dance form , you are capable of doing much better

Each of the performers are really good…
And they really worth getting some good comments and applauds…

But Salman, he is just a complete Dancing Star…
I dont know whether he will win or not, but his attitude shows so cleanlines!!!

Salute to Remo sir… and Brilliant Judgement Terrance Sir… Just one request to Terrance Sir, please dont make harsh comments on the Grandmaster… It was he who raised the question of Patriotism… not Salman… so, when you question that, you are ultimately hurting the Grandmaster…

I think everyone has done a great job.. simply love this episode
However, I feel that the best three dancers should be: Alisha, Salman and Jai.. And the best judge.. is always always Terence.. He’s simply awesome and his comments are very helpful for the dancers to improve themselves..
This show has got style and it is brilliantly done..just as good as watching ‘dancing with the stars’ one of America’s top reality dancing shows..
I disagree that Dev flirts, cos after the dance you will notice that he sits a distance from Alisha and the same goes for Radhika and Prince.. (other stars are sitting close to their dance partners) Chemistry between Dev and Alisha was strictly during the dance.. He’s tall for Alisha so accidents like touching the wrong body parts are bound to happen in most dance moves..
In this episode, I think Dev and Alisha should have gotten the lux award cos their dance complimented each other and they danced with emotions and expressions associated with the theme ‘domestic violence’…
Lastly, there i hope there is another wild card entry so that Mayuresh can come back!

golegappa… if that is the result.. then im really very happy…because at this part of the competition… sunita should be definitely eliminated otherwise far better dancers will be eliminated out of the show….. and the viewers will be the actual losers coz they will miss some great performances which are about to come

Siddhesh is very versatile and he desereve to be win!! he knows all type of dance.

He is knows for his Versatility and complete entertainer.

everytime he is proving himself with new attempt and thats really great, afterwars everyone foloowing him E.g Skates.

Why mentor never tried before ?? because they were not sure about thier candidate!!!!!
