He is also encouraging and motivating. He comments properly and reasonably without being emotional. He respects others as well. Terrence is an ideal judge. You can never be unprofessional, manner-less, rude, and dis-respectful to others no matter who and where you are. If you are, then thats Indian mentality. Do I need to say something more than this?
