Dance India Dance 1st May Mayuresh Eliminated

Dance India Dance 1st May – All the remaining contestants perform on stage for their introduction. Prince of locking and poping gets he highest votes this week, Alisha Singh at number 2 and Sidesh gets 3rd highest votes. Voting is based on previous week’s votes and this week’s votes. 1st may lowest voted contestants are mayuresh, sunita and jai kumar. In today’s episode Mithun da introduced a new point system where he asked Geeta, Remo and terence to rate the contestants out of 10.

Salman gets a hug from Geeta kapur on his performance, it was reaally amazing dance on Zara Si Dil Mein De Jagah Tu. Sidesh did an excellent Krumping number and he was finally able to get good comments from Remo D’souza. Khushboo did a blunder while she was trying to do a stunt but mithun da gave her a second chance to show the audience that his decision last week was correct.

now i think it is the time for Prince and Sunita to be out from the show..
They are not upto the mark…

Prince can do nothing except locking-poping. He hasnt’ shown other ance forms like Salsa, crumping, free style etc. He has never done lifts with the girls.

The winner shuld be versatile and all rounder.
I think all other contestants are eually good except sunita and Prince.

Today was one of the unfortunate day in DID as Mayuresh was eliminated. I would love to see him in Finals.Mayuresh has given excellent performance from last many weeks. He didn’t deserve to be eliminated so early. I also questioned the reaction of Mithun da as he is unnecessarily praising some of the contestant like Prince, Khushboo and He wasted his Veto Power for Khushboo which He could have save for today to save Mayuresh. I would ask Mithun da why he didn’t given his “Grand Salute” to Jai Today. His dance was fabulous today.

WTF….Over a billion people in India and they can not recognise talent! I won’t say anything about other contestants but mayuresh should not have went. Also i know we are going to be seeing more of him later in tv shows and maybe movies compared to others who will just be forgotten….

The show will be imcomplete without Mayuresh. What a guy, he left smiling and I was crying. Really, this is so unfair and this is where the veto power should be used.

Jai was terrific- What a performance. After this performance, if he is in the red zone, then this competition has no meaning.

Salman was great as well.

Price was also superb.

The marks given by the juries were very fair.

The contestants are right about Sunita. It must be frustrating for them to see the best ones eliminated and she is still there. She must learn from Mayuresh. He left with a smile and made Master Terrance very proud.She cried on stage and now the Public are going to give her Sympathy votes.

Again I think that the veto power should have been used today.I think that many are dissapointed with this result and many have even stopped watching.

I fully agree with Praveen. Why was Jai not given a grand salute.

And what about the challenge. This is in Prince favour.

I thought that Mithunda was fair, but no, he is not. He always favours Prince, Sunita and Khushboo.

I am not saying that Prince is not a good dancer, But he is not a versatile dancer.

Anyway, Jai, I think that any honest person would salute you after todays performance. Not to forget Your performance together with Vrushali for the romance episode. I think that those two performances deserve to be praised.You deserve to have the most beautiful performance.

I agree with u all…2day was the most worst episode that mayuresh has to leave the show….now program is looking more meaningless….what a performance and what a sporting nature this guy have….I salute!…Alisha is good but both sunita and khoshboo don’t deserve to stay…but question is that why they show this on TV…I think they are trying to collect sympathy for sunita and to defame other guys…..this is ridiculously unfair with other contestant…I really don’t like that emotional Dramas..don’t want to see it…I remember what mayuresh said that don’t give vote on the basis that someone looks good or someone can speak well…give the votes on the basis of dance…Extremely good..what a person he is…he also said he don’t want to become reason for elimination of jai…can any contestant say it???…both sunita and khushboo are doing Dramas..I really don’t like…

I am totally agree with prince, khushboo and sunita dont deserve to be there, and i am really very much disappoint with the result, and i dont understand why mithun da is keep favouring kusbboo, sunita and prince, He wasted his Veto Power for Khushboo which He could have save for mayuresh i think DID gave veto power to wrong person

The challenge is completely in favour of Prince. Why not a common dance routine was chosen like Hip-hop, Jazz, Cha-Cha or Indian classical.

Everybody knows prince is the best in locking and popping. The result is predictable so I don’t agree that it is fair to other contestant.

Shri, i agree with u, mayuresh jaisa acha dancer chala gaya. jinko jana chahiye wo jate nahi jaise ki prince, khushboo & sunita, prince ko liking aur poping ke alwa kuch aata nahi aur sunita ke ankhose aasu to hamesha behate he rahate hai. vrushali aur bhavana jaise achi dancer chali gayi hai. sunita aur bhavna enke samane kuch b nahi hai.

It was pathetic that Mayuresh got eliminated,he is the top contender along with Jai,Vriushali and Alisha.I don’t understand why grand salute is given to Prince’s cheap repetitive performances. Mayuresh’s blind-fold dance got unnoticed nobody even commented.Mithun da request you to open your eye as well to Remo that it is no more competition of teams it is the best talent India is looking for.

Prince did one contemporary on ‘chanda re chanda re’ then he did one ‘shikari and sherni’ with Khushboo, and one ‘dharam paji and sunny deol’ during Geeta special..and also in his every dance he has lot of things like in Robot one, and the one with ‘tissue paper’ and the latest one breaking the glass and UV one they were awesome. I think to say he is just locking and popping is not fare.
For Sunita my guess is and I might be wrong she is getting regional vote, otherwise she is no better than Vrushali, Bhanavana, Khushboo and even Rakhi.
For Mayuresh he has his own class, we all know without doubt he is one of the best and my guess is he is not lobbying for votes and didn’t do efficient campaigning for votes. We all regret his departure.
Siddesh has a advantage that he is from the same state where the competition is going on so he can effectively campaign. Other contestants don’t have that leverage.
I would say this has become a beauty contest, popularity contest and campaigning contest.
For Mithun I would say he if he was so much in favor of Girls then he should have a 2 separate eliminations and voting one for girls and one for boys so that ratio is maintained, and if he wants Janata to vote then he should keep his opinion to him, use veto power and shut his mouth. Enough of why girls are getting eliminated, we all saw what happened this week, Khusboo who slipped is there and Mayuresh is out.
Everyone has an opinion, in my opinion Sunita and Siddesh should be out ASAP, otherwise on the final day we will have Geeta sitting there with Mithun and 2 finalists would be Siddesh and Sunita. Then we will cry like today when Mayuresh is out, and think KASH Mayuresh , Salman or Jai were in final that would had been so much fun to see, a real competition and deserving candidates.
I vote myself ask my friends to vote. Please, please ask them to vote whoever they wish too, so that we can counter the effect of vote lobbying done by non deserving candidates.

mtg01 I do not agree with you. What is wrong with Sunita’s Dance in this week? She performed absolutely well dance routine given by her choreographer. But if you are expecting something else you have to ask Geeta not Sunita.

It you are so concerned about performance in the show What about Khusboo who totally failed. What about prince, I really felt Khusboo and Prince is not dancing, they are kidding in this week.

SUNITA YOU HAVED ROCKED IN THIS WEEK. DONOT UPSET FOCUS ON DANCING.

I agree with mtg01, he is absolutely right, Sunita and Siddesh should be out, about Sunita and Geeta, it is a combined performance. You cannot say ask Geeta, that means you also agree that Geeta did a mistake with that choreography. What was the WOW factor in her performance, any girl with little training could have done that dance. We all came to know about her dancing capabilities in the last Michael Jackson dance.
She was also not able to balance MATKA’s in her Rajasthani dance. It looked so bad. I agree with you about Khushboo she should not have been saved in first place, but I don’t agree with you on Sunita.
And everyone misses their home and feel’s home sick.

I would also like to mention which no one is talking here, that Geeta’s Contestents are also have a negative point that is GEETA, she only know s MAINLY Filmi and Classical dance, please don’t jump at me, this is my opinion and people can disagree, that was evident when girl form orrisa went to Terence’s group. If Siddesh had been with Terrence or Remo, he would have been further tough, Siddesh is also arrogant and his friends are more arrogant. They unnecessarily accused Remo of being unfair to him.

I like Geeta’s choreography So I mean, Sunita performed well. Sunita did what Geeta has asked her to do. If you don’t like Sunita’s dance meaning you do not like Geeta’s choreography. That what I mean.

Let me tell you, No dance master in India teach MJ dance. In-fact I have not seen MJ dance in some of the biggest dance competition in the world around. golepappa You can’t say that MJ dance is the deciding factor to judge the contestant. I agree Alisha is best, Sunita also did well better than Khusboo. But I know Khusboo is far far better than Alisha in classical dance. So MJ competition can not be deciding factor.

Well i respect your opinion, but I disagree. AFAI Remember, Khushboo did not perform any classical dance(IMBW), Alisha did one which she learned from Vrushali, and Geeta asked her lot of mudra’s and she answered every one of them. And the one which Khushboo and Alisha did together in the Farah Khan show (not classical but if you wanna compare), Farah admitted that Alisha was better then Khushboo technically.
I agree MJ dance could not be defacto standard, but it was not a difference of 19-20 it was huge difference in performance, and they were dancing on the indian songs, so it was sort of both indian and Jackson.
I would also say if Sunita was with Terrence he would have polished her more, now poor Sunita she is confined to Meera and Rajisthani, but that is the name of the game.
I also appreciate your interest in DID. please keep voting.

its really unfair that a lovely dance like mayuresh had to be eliminated… such a loss of talent!!!
I am a dancer myself… n i believe that except sunita all the other dancer are well derserving!!!

I’m from Malaysia and have been a big fan of Dance India Dance ever since it started.But after watching this week’s program,i think im really disappointed to say that i have lost my interest to watch the show any further.Being a dancer myself and not having any special favorite among the contestants in the show i truly feel really angry and dishearten that such a wonderful dancer such as Mayuresh who did various spectacular performances and so talented can be eliminated but contestants who are not par or as talented as him are spared from being eliminated.I think he truly deserves the veto for all his outstanding performances that he has performed so far.Even when Vaishali who was such a talented dancer ,who always gave tremendously breathtaking expression and life to her dance got eliminated i was really disappointed .But what i saw dis week really made me speechless. I really feel the veto power was not used to good use and should have been kept for the one who truly truly deserves it.It’s not an excuse what gender u r as long u perform well and deserve to stay then u shall stay.It’s a dancing competition where gender,size does not matter.If gender is the problem then they should separate the category for each gender.Being a regular fan of Dance India Dance i don’t know whether i can continue to bear to watch the unfairness or discrimination and lack of value that is being place to the art of dance.

Its really sad that Sunitha is still there in the competetion eliminating Mayuresh. Everybody knows that she is failing to give the BEST in the last 3 shows. But who is giving her those many votes ? The Judges, Participants, Mithun da, Audience and the People from several countries know that she is not upto the mark and she is still there in the Competetion ! What a PITY ? Mayuresh is a versatile Dancer and can perform any dance upto its Best without any mistake. Its really unfair to see him eliminated from the Show. Also a doubt that.. whether the votes and polls are real as they declare to the people ! No evidence to see the right number of votes to the right participant ! A lot of things to be learned from Mayuresh Wordings and attitude.

Prince did one contemporary on ‘chanda re chanda re’ then he did one ’shikari and sherni’ with Khushboo, and one ‘dharam paji and sunny deol’ during Geeta special..and also in his every dance he has lot of things like in Robot one, and the one with ‘tissue paper’ and the latest one breaking the glass and UV one they were awesome. I think to say he is just locking and popping is not fare.

Last time also when Siddesh and Prince compete, Siddhes was better than Prince as Terence himself gave the judgement than siddesh was better..

but i think if there is a problem with girl’s elimination then there should be separate competitionbetween boys and girls.
yes its true that girls are not getting enough votes but the deserving girl canditate should get vote

i am extremely disappointed and shocked by mayuresh’s elimination. he is by far one of the most skillful and outstanding dancers of dance india dance. he truly deserved to be a finalist. the process of elimination is not right.if this pattern of elimination goes on then it is obvious that salman and alisha will also be eliminated next…. leaving a bunch of undeserved dancers for the finals

i’m soooo mad at the voting system to let the best b eliminated this week..i dont wanna comment on the rest but i’m sure it wasnt fair for mayuresh…mithunda wasted his vitto power for khusbhoo who’s nothing compared to mayuresh..she’s just a sweet pretty face..if we compare the performances mayuresh has given the most variety to us along with jai..mayuresh is a winner hands down..so wat if our dumb janta messed it up..

The show will be imcomplete without Mayuresh. What a guy, he left smiling and I was very sad. Really, this is so unfair and this is where the veto power should be used.

salman is terrific dancer – What a performance he gave . After this performance, if he is in the red zone, then this competition has no meaning.

Salman he deserve this stage of D.I.D , IF SALMAN WILL NOT GOING TO WIN THEN THIS STAGE OF D.I.D IS MEANING LESS . I KNOW IT WILL NOT GONNA HAPPEN BECAUSE WE JANTHA WILL NEVER TAKE A WRONG DECISION

Terence was absolutely right about TapDogs..an Australian form of dance created by workers..famous creator being Dein Perry.Masters like Gita and Remo should have the humility and gracious ness to accept what they do not know when someone clarifies.Or else what example are they setting to students.If students deny something it becomes arrogance…just because they are not established in Bollywood.I am very happy with the decision that Jai was nominated best as he indeed was the best.Terence is not biased and political in his judgement about whoever it is but i am sorry others are…well its not wrong to support your contestant …lekin kala mein jhoot bolna ek artist ke liye when their future is depending on it for vested interests is wrong NO MATTER WHAT REALITY SHOWS DEMAND FOR SPICING UP VIEWERSHIP.
