As the DID season 2 ended with mixed reactions from public .
But soon the Did lil’ masters is starting which will bring into focus talented kids
throughout the country , like Shubham and Manoj who look promising and destined to become a great dancer under proper guidance .
But some people are of the view that these children should not lose their nonchalance and innocence in the cruel world of showbiz .

well for sure it was fixed ….but neways…n i m sad cus of this i have seen a lot of ppl turning inot shakti haters ….but frankly speaking i m an indian n i see rarely sum1 who votes for shakti ..she was comparably famous outside india ..but in india only D …m D got more votes from outside 2 as is clear by poll on the site itself …n in india shakti cant beat him …..i was just watching the result announcement today …..anchors were so embarassed when they could not hear shakti on again n again sayin india ka sabse bada dancing star hai …it was embarassing but cameramen did a smat job turning the camera to neeti mohan who works for terrence who was shouting shakti aalone lol…n shakti tried a lot to act surprised ….but she dint look stunned neither was she ….well D got a good platform for hiscareer n so do shakti …all d best to both

Not for a second did I believe that the show was rigged. There are many reasons why Dharmesh Appeared to be popular, which was not the fact, and there are also many reasons why Dharmesh’s fans did not vote him and there were many who voted Shakti. This has been discussed in so many forums on the net, please do a search, read it with an open mind and you will see what I mean.

let,s hope little master will be enjoyabale and non-political,ll the mentor gave fair comment and not praise for own team only and GM also not be biased and look for all contestant equally and give most fair judgement and voting system will be countable while announce and the show will be with different dance form and diffrent ways of judging.

Children are too naiive to understand the tricks elder (not matuere people) play. Let them not be the victims of politics being played for TRP and popularity of the TV station. Let their innocent minds not be polluted at such a young age. Let there be pure dance to entertain people and to bring the talent out in front of the public…
I have decided that i am not going to vote at all since i have understood it very well that reality shows does not bring the best out but the chosen one.. (chosen by the TV station)

I completely agree with you that Dharmesh was unfairly treated and it’s not right to discriminate based on looks or social status. He was made a mockery of because he can’t speak English well and he wasn’t given the credit he deserved because he has no formal training. I really want his fans to support him so he can come back and prove to everyone that he is suitable to be an international dancing star. Instead of fans voting it would be nice if we could organize a fundraiser so he can attend some dance schools for formal training and also learn English. I think this would show ZEETV what they SHOULD do with the sponsorship money they received from the public SMS votes which were never tallied. Dharmesh is entitled to be the winner because Janta voted for him.
And anyone else who reads my comments please don’t assume that I’m not favouring Shakti. My personal favourite was Amar and for the same reasons as Dharmesh he wasn’t given the proper respect. So my statements are a matter of doing what is right and having principles.

firstly annie, i gotta congratulate u for doing a great job and literlaly puring ur heart into this site. the forum wuf not have survived the chaos of post-result anger had it not been for u.
as for moderation, well , moderators being human beings too, have thoer won individual thoughts and points of view, .all that we can do is do our best as per pur persoanl understanding of propreity.which is why we have 3 moderators. so that if a comment passes thru all 3 of them, its reaonably sure that its non -offensive.
that being said, in my personal opinion the comment that sparked the debate (the one on geeta and her ‘parts’) wud not have survived me. in my persoanl opinion it was offensive and id have flagged it had annie not reconsidered and beaten me to it.
(btw kalimangal u were bang on when u said that id have deleted it as per ur understanding of me. i was pleasnatly surprised whn i read that)
(also annie, i was a bit surprised to see u think me and brkdancekid ‘let more slide’.. on the contrary i think im very stringent whn it comes to offensive comments…)

Finally the mentors of Dance India Dance kids version
Dance India Dance little masters are finalised. The concept of DID L’iL Masters is different than that of DID. There are four mentors from both Season 1 and Season 2 of Dance India Dance who will be tutoring 4 kids each.
Jai Kumar Nair will be one mentor. Mayuresh Wadkar and Vrushali from Season 1 will join together to be the second mentors. Dharmesh Yelande of Season 2 will be the third mentor, while Amrita Mitra from Season 2 will take the place of the fourth mentor.

i dont like the concept of these contestants choreographing.. they’re good dancers but i doubt their choreography skills(barring jai or maybe dharmesh)… choreography is much more than just dancing.. also their lack of confidence and experience will show easily in their choreographies

About the contestants/mentors in DID Lil masters:
I would also like to share few thoughts on it. We know all r indeed great dancers. I feel it is too early to comment about their skills and confidence as choreographers since few people have shown concern about it. 8) But there r few points that r reasonable for them to be selected as mentors.
1) Dharmesh: He is been teaching dance to kids. He has shown some of his work as a choreographer: in DID2, on that girl – “Archie” who did hiphop in DID2 auditions (I don’t know she got selected for top 16 or not, but she is selected for top 40), in Boogie-woogie Mahayudh 2008. He has great potential, no doubt about it.
2) Jai Kumar Nair: He is also running his own dance academy. He is also the winner of Boogie Woogie Mahayudh (I don’t know the year) and did choreography for that. Later in 2009, he supported Amit Rokde and choreographed brilliant steps. He is another person full of talent.
3) Amrita: Alrounder dancer with strong background in 8 types of folk dances. She is been teaching dance in some college in Kolkatta. She is very smart in learning, sharp, very talented and innovative.
4) Mayuresh and Vrushali: Both r great dancers as well as very graceful. I dont have any background or previous history to comment on their choreography talents. Please feel free to add if u know about them anything.
So they indeed have great potential. Zee has provided them a huge platform to apply and experiment their treasures, knowledge and creativity. Lets cheers
for them and wish them good luck for their new career on big Indian TV screen. 
Zee TV has taken another big step to bring out the hidden talents in kids with less investment 
yet big profit 
if the show will go hit…since they have new and fresh mentors, I wonder how much they will get paid. 8) Anyways, not my business.. Hoping for great entertainment!!

I figured you might want to know….
The reason the chat room came down is because a good number of people could not control their potty mouths, particularly after the finale. The whole thing was a fiasco, as the comments from the Finale thread can attest. People were being called scores of names and crass insults were being flung at innocent parties. Therefore, it was necessary to pull down the chat room to preserve the mental-health of our users.
There’s a lot of you users, particularly those who want it back, who know how to behave themselves, and that’s part of the reason we’re bringing it back
The reason it is taking longer than expected is because Admin also has a lot going on at the moment, so he’s trying to do this as fast as he can without killing himself (figuratively). On behalf of our team here, thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your continued patience!

Dear friends and users of this forum,
I felt very bad for dharmesh when I saw the end result.
Iam not saying this just because Dharmesh is my favorite,but it is very hard to believe that a person who had come 6 times first week after week suddenly janta all of a sudden changes its mind and bring him to second in 1 week.
For a moment let us just consider ki janta really did vote for shakti more than dharmesh and maybe yes they might have voted like that for some reasons known to them , But tell me guys how did JIN BABA and some other users of this forum come to know about the exact result 4 weeks before the grand finale itself.Voting for the grand finale definitely did not start 4 weeks before April 23rd.
Even if you argue that JIN BABA and other users might have guessed it based on their previous experiences from other shows , let me tell you I was listening to these rumours right from March 2nd week itself in other website and other chat forums.Tell me how so many people can say the same news that too so accurately about the final result when voting didn’t even start.DEfinitely there must be some foul play happening here from zee and its creative team or whoever is responsible.What those people had said that this show is rigged and fixed and that shaktri is going to win and dharmesh will come second.Some of them had even said 3rd and 4th accurately.
Guys what I feel is that Zee might have done this for 2 reasons.
Firstly, they might have done this so that a girl takes away taqdeer ki topi this time as last time a boy had won it.I just dont undertand what a sex of a person has to do with a dance competition and the prize associated with it.
Secondly, as the show was scripted drama(as they showed most of the actions and conversations we saw on the show had to be rehearsed several times,before the camera prior to showing us on the screen) zee wanted to have a surprising climax to this whole drama.It wanted to take the audience by surprise through this climax.So that we emotionally react and start giving more and more votes next time onwards.But these idiots pressed the wrong button as this is going to completely backfire upon them.As you can see many of them have lost interest on this show.
Now After sseing this whole drama I have my own doubts whether Dharmesh had really come first 6 times week after week continuously or whether it was part of the script of zee.Shakti coming 2 times first was just an indication for us not to be surprised in the end by the final result.
Otherwise their foul play would have been even more obvious had dharmesh come first 8 times instead of 6.

My real question is if the contestants all were aware of the politics and they’re personal opinions. I’m sure as emotional as Binny is she would definitely have something more to tell her fans and all of us viewers. I wonder if anyone will interview the contestants. Obviously the rumours which have been going around were leaked from staff members of ZEETV so I’m curious to see if names will surface about who is responsible for making these decisions about who wins in the final.
I actually spoke with a Mumbai reporter and she confirmed that these rumours about the SMS voting scheme is actually really true and the votes didn’t count at all because it was set up.
Guys I knew it Shakti Di will win. She worked hard and she proved that girls are no less than Boys. I Love Shakti di.

Guys, First of all Iam really overwhelmed that so many people missed me, I had a major problem with my monitor.I had given it for servicing and I found out that it is non-repairable.I had gone to an internet cafe and wrote this long comment.It was only today that I got a new monitor for myself.So now Iam back.I can understand Prashant’s anger , so that is why I had spoken to him on the telephone today.Guys, somehow I feel like meeting you all personally, I dont know whether it is possible or not,

Shruthi, I think I can answer this question.
1)We cant have more than one winner on this show as per the design.So Binny,Amrita cannot join Shakti
2)Secondly,Shakti was the most popular amongst all the girls on this show.So if they had to make a girl win it has to only be Shakti.As per the script of Zee she had also come First 2 weeks continuously.If they had made binny,Amrita or even Punit win then the entire team of Zee would have looked like donkeys.If they have to choose a girl, they have to choose the most popular girl.
Now you might ask me If Iam saying Shakti coming first for 2 weeks is scripted then the same thing can apply for dharmesh too. True,Even he coming 6 weeks first might also be scripted in order to have a surprising climax.We dont know,as I said before I have my own doubts regarding this also.
Shruthi, why Iam saying it is scripted , I have a strong reason to back it up.You please tell me How did JIN BABA and some people in this forum came to know about the result 1 month before the grand finale, and that too so accurately.They must be Lord Krishnas each one of them to know the future so accurately.
Jokes apart,What Iam trying to say is voting had not started 1 month before the grand finale,its only 1 week before that it started.So how did these guys know it.Not only them but many other people from other chat forums had said this.Tell me how is it possible?
Even Sheena26 had found out on her own from a mumbai reporter that the whole voting scheme is doctored and is fixed.
I had mentioned these things in my last comment too but you seem to have noticed only a few parts of it.
I have spoken to prashant and some of the zee members(names not to be mentioned due to secrecy)And they have agreed with me without any objection.They(Zee members) too are fed up of this drama.Iam not lying.
Iam not saying this because Dharmesh is my favorite,If this thing had happened to anybody else(including shakti)I would have felt bad the same way.
Some people say most of the reality shows are rigged,biased,fixed.Some say all of them are like that.I dont know to what extent it is true,but as I had watched this show so closely , Iam spitting OUt everything without withhoding anything.
Anyways Iam happy that atleast you are happy.

well people can go on and on about how the show was fixed.. but its just about do u want to believe in that fixing crap or not
just because dharmesh didnt win, people are finding excuses for the “fixing”, saying DID wanted a girl to win.. if punit would have won, people would say DID fixed it to make remo win or watever bs reason
im tired of saying its not fixed.. its upto each one to think in his own way.. karan if there really are zee people who are willing to swear to the fact that its fixed,, why dont they come forward and say it(if as u say they are so fed up with it)?
