The launching of Dance India Dance Little Masters seems to be well-received. Have a look:
“New Delhi, May 5 (IANS) Out of four new reality shows launched on the small screen last week, Zee TV’s “Dance India Dance Li’l Masters” has emerged as the winner in the Television Rating Points (TRPs) race.
“DID L’il Masters” scored a whopping 6.7 television rating for its premiere episode Friday, leaving behind Colors’ “Chak Dhoom Dhoom”, also a children’s dance show, with a TRP of 4.4, according to television audience measurement (TAM) figures.
“We are overwhelmed by the roaring response our viewers have given to the very first episode of ‘DID L’il Masters’,” Nitin Vaidya, business head, Zee TV & COO – ZEEL, said in a press release.
“Since we were extremely confident about ‘DID Li’l Masters’ and had full conviction in its format, we decided to keep out of the marketing clutter generated by the competition. Instead, we leveraged on the equity of the brand and just let our content do the talking,” he added.
Three dance reality shows – “DID L’il Masters”, “Chak Dhoom Dhoom” and STAR Plus’ “Zara Nachke Dikha” – and Sony TV’s flagship music talent hunt show “Indian Idol 5? were launched last week.
The second season of “Zara Nachke Dikha”, which boasts of judges like Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, actor Arshad Warsi and ace choreographer Saroj Khan, fell flat with the lowest TRP of 2.4 on its launch date Saturday.
“Indian Idol” scored a rating of 3.”

Anu Malik is truly a loser. the dude makes a scene outta EVERY contestant’s selection. like yes sometimes u have to sorta create drama cuz u want people to watch the show, but like for EVERY single contestant? like he does it to the point of annoyance. like he yells at EVERYONE. what up with that? i would have hit him in the face if i was a contestant, regardless of him selecting me or not. like is it really necessary to berate everyone? such a loser! like why is this guy even a judge? he needs singing lessons himself, with that annoyance of a sound he calls “voice”. his voice sounds like nails scratching a blackboard. its both painful and annoying to listen to his voice. he aggravates me way too much.

There is no competition between DID LLmaster & Chak Dhoom Dhom. DID stage is very huge just because of the three masters REMO, TERRENCE & GEETA. Keep it up guys you r rocking to india.

Absolutely, remember everyone used to call Anu Malik Copy cat? He is a joke and to have him as a judge on a show that boasts to give India’s biggest singing star is an absolute mockery and an even bigger irony. Anyways, that’s about as much attention as I can give to that show.

Dude, Dharmesh lost, get over it. Didn’t you enjoy DID till the very last moment? I know I did, and the result does not matter since in his fan’s eyes Dharmesh is already a star. In longer run it’s his fans that will help him, no one will remember that who won DID in few years.
i agree with thmmer. some people just need to get over it and stop belittling other former contestants just to make their favorite look better. the results have been announced long before and it doesnt look like zee is anywhere near changing it. so get over it! those people just come across as being sore. and i will repeat one more thing….this is not a competition between the 5 mentors. they had their competition in DID1 and DID2. this is not a place for them recompete and “win.” its not their show. its the kids who are competing and it would be nice of everyone to forget who the heck is the mentor and appreciate or vote for the KID who is good. it would be highly disappointing if some average dancer won the lil masters show just because his/her mentor was everyone’s fav contestant in DID1 or DID2. vote for the kid, not the mentor. u have already voted for the mentors and they all lost in their respective seasons. so get over that fact and look at the fantastic talent in the kids.

whoa DIDrocks, you just raised a good point. These guys have just gone off stage, and particularly dharmesh, was a public favorite and highly voted. I just hope his contestants dont get votes on his popularity, but for their own talent.
